I am not a very experienced writer so please be kind! I've been obsessed with boyf rinds recently and I ran out of fanfiction to read so I decided to write one This is Omegaverse so this will have smut in it, you have been warned Jeremy is an omega on scent blockers, so he hadn't had his heat in years. His dad went out of town for a week and Jeremy forgot to ask him to replace his pills. Michael is secretly an alpha who also takes scent blockers. He hates the attention and forced popularity it brings people so he refuses to tell anyone, including his best friend and long time crush. Jeremy meets a stranger at the party that makes him question his love life. Will Jeremy come to his senses and go for Michael or will the stranger interfere? Michael Mell is in love with his best friend, Jeremy Heere. Of course, he'd never admit it. He'd do anything to keep himself from losing Jeremy, which is exactly what would happen if Jeremy knew. He knows he'd get left behind, just like at the Halloween party. Which is exactly why, when he realizes he has hanahaki disease, he keeps it a secret. He makes sure nobody asks about the blood he tends to cough up, or the gorse flowers and petals that come with the blood. He doesn't go to the doctor for help, or to anyone. There's a surgery he could get, but it would take away his emotions, and he'd rather die than have that happen. He'd rather let his love literally kill him.
