So, I went back and re wrote Looking Past. Which is on here. However, I wanted to touch it up. I want to touch up almost all of my old work. Especially this one seeing as it was my first poem I wrote of my own volition.

The job markets today is not that favorable, the employment rate is not very encouraging, give or take a few. People are still struggling to find jobs and are at their wits end when they struggle on the job search trail for months on end. Well, where to find a job can be tough, you have to start with writing a killer resume, find the right company culture, in short address all aspects of the job hunt to nail your next interview. No wonder, looking for a job can feel like a full time job itself. People often ask how to find a job or they say help me find a job. We all need help & advice from time to time. One should be optimistic and look at things positively. The fact of the matter remains that in a rough job market tons of job opportunities abound. The only thing is laying your hand on one would seem to be more elusive. One should go out of the way to equip oneself with all of the tools and knowledge that is required for the entire job search and interview process. I am saying this as anyone who has faced an interview –say their first behavioral interview and was flummoxed by the strange and difficult questions of the interviewer would definitely wish to have been well prepared and successful as well. To ace the interview and come out with flying colors needs much more by way of research, attire, body language and all aspects of job search preparation.
