((COMPLETE)) This is my entry to the #PlanetOrPlastic contest, but more than that it's meaning full to me. I did not choose this life and it's not something I want for the next generation. We are all held accountable for those than cannot make decisions. Stand up for what you believe in, make a change. Copyright 漏 2014. All Rights Reserved. 7.4 Billion people live on this planet, if every person threw one piece of rubbish in the ocean, there would be 7.4 Billion pieces of rubbish floating in the oceans, OUR oceans, and it's our fault Time is something we let go of, take for granted, but we've all let our lives be based on numbers on a circular device, on our wrists, or walls, or the digital clocks in our cars, time is a way of measuring things, like centimetres, but never base your life around it, because nothing runs how we want it to, don't leave anything to chance, because it can all be taken away in a moment Chase the sun, right out to the salty water of the ocean, and watch as the cliffs crumble, like we're watching the earth crumble before our eyes. And do what we always do. Just watch. Never take action, just watch as it meets it awful demise. Or maybe once, do more than watch. | started | 01.02.19 |

Our world is plagued by plastics, and we are to blame. Everyday, we use single-use plastics subconsciously, not even recognizing how horrible the effects are. So much of this plastic winds up in the ocean, with disastrous effects on the innocent animals living there. It's time for us to take a stand against this once and for all, choose planet over plastic, and save our oceans. Before they're gone.

My second submission for the Planet or Plastic contest. -- No one really knew what they were or what they came from. The mysterious objects that fell from the sky one night. Some considered it to be a gift from a higher power, some considered it to be a freak weather. We call it Plastic...

First entry for National Geographic #planetorplasric contest Mother Nature is crying for help, asking us to save her from ourselves. Our oceans have become our dumping ground. Almost all the garbage that we produce is being thrown into our water bodies, polluting them. This is the story of a young boy who lives in a world that wasn't created naturally but was made by us and how he struggles to imagine a world free of pollution. The world that was originally created for us.

This is an entry for the PlanetOrPlastic writing contest. National geographic has teamed up with 抖阴社区 to spread awareness about the issue of plastic in our oceans. I am so happy to be a part of this contest and helping spread awareness of this serious issue. I hope my short story can help create an impact on everyone who reads it and I also hope this helps them stop the use of single use plastics in order to make our planet a better place.

Hello, this probably isn't quite what you guys would like to read for entertainment. This is an entry for a competition I personally find really inspiring! The Planet Or Plastic Writing competition. This must be written in less than 500 words, posted before the 30th November and must contain the tag- #PlanetOrPlastic There are pictures you can base this on, and I would be really excited to see some of your guys entries! Good luck anyone who is/has entered. Let's change the world one ocean at a time.

This is my entry for the national geographic #PlanetorPlastic writing contest. This is a short story with which I would like to help raise awareness for the wrong that is being done to our oceans. This is a terrible situation, one that is of our own making. I hope this story impacts you to try and change.

My tribute to the #saveouroceans fight. We need to stop using so much plastic; it may not affect us but it will be detrimental to future generations. I implore you, make a change. Recycle to reduce your accountability in the destruction of the world. I know I will. Selene has never seen the ocean. She pines for it to fill this hole in her life, but knows that it's never coming back. And that makes her angry... This futuristic short story underlines the environmental issues plaguing our society.
