Why do people take advantage of other people? Why do people do it? Why? Can someone tell me? A disable person named Rayan Kollack is a deaf 19 year old who is in college. He's been in other since last summer. He is in his freshman year and he is doing really good. How is he doing good? He reads lips, does sign language and has a person by his side to help translate for him just in case....kinda like a helper.
