It's my first story. I lost all my datas and I just recover it.. So if you found any gramtical mistakes in it just pardon me for that.. And English is not my first language.. It's just friends to lover plot.. And my first story ever....

Dave Strider, not your average normal kid. He seems to be a cool guy, gaining popularity quickly, but his secret is getting harder to sustain in the darkness of his shades and instincts. Karkat Vantas, just your low status ball of rage. He meets Dave after being called into the councilors office. Of course he despises having to "babysit" him the first few classes before an incident happened with the 1950's goons of Cronus Ampora. What will happen later on once the incident is solved, because Cronus had no partake in it? Will Dave be able to sustain his secret in the dark? Or will he be able to trust Karkat enough to tell him his secret? How will Karkat react to it if the secret is revealed?

When Karkat's father decides to remarry, Karkat and the Striders are forced to attend. Family tends to bring out the worst in people, and this family is nothing but problems, especially for two lovebirds such as Dave and Karkat. DO NOT READ UNLESS YOUVE READ THE ORIGINAL STRI-DO'S AND DONT'S. This is a sequel to said story and it won't make sense unless you read that first. Its basically the story of their life after high school and the remarriage of Karkat's dad. Enjoy.

When the final battle is won, Karkat gets mysteriously thrown into a universe different than the one he was expecting. The worst part? He was all alone. Six long years came and went and most of his friends accepted the fact that he was dead and moved on. However the ever omnipotent being that loves to fuck shit up brought Karkat back just as easily as it took him away. Now Karkat has learn how to live in a world that formed and grew without him while suffering the consequences of six years in another world. Some Davekat cuz I was bored. Basically, Dave likes Karkat. He thinks there's nothing he can do about it, but during Summer Break (wow, so original) they get invited to stay at Eridan's because he has no friends (lol me). Some stuff ends up happening and... yeah... I suck at descriptions... (The title could refer to several things... Dave Strider, the head knight of the kingdom of Earth, has been sent to go after a princess in a tower surrounded by monsters. What he doesn't know is that Karkat Vantas, the head knight of Alternia, is also after the same princess. Will they kill each other? Probably.

Karkat Vantas. A very unpopular, short, and short-tempered troll. He tries desperately to make it through his first year in a human school, but with everyone still not fully accepting trolls added on with his so-called 'stupid' blood color, he can't find a single person who understands him, yet. Dave Strider. Maybe one of the most popular guys in the school. Nobody knows why he's always wearing those cool ironic shades of his, and most people want to find out. But Dave himself wants his eyes to stay hidden, and nobody else has ever seen them. He thinks that if anyone did, they would make fun of him and his good reputation would immediately disappear. The two, basically opposites, find that they actually might get along and relate to each other. But who knows what a simple sentence could do? (this is my second fanfic and the first homestuck one i've ever written so if the writing sucks don't judge! also none of the art is mine. ships included will most likely be johndave at the beginning, and throughout the fic theres gonna be erisol, rosemary, some jadenep, johndirk, and vrisrezi! if you don't like one or more of these ships deal with it.)
