Optimus Prime met his end after becoming one with the Allspark... or at least, he was supposed to. Soon enough, he finds himself stranded on a strange planet eerily similar to Earth, with a body that was almost human. He doesn't understand why he is here or what he must do, but after a series of events, the once renowned Autobot leader finds himself standing amonst UA students as a peer. Per the laws of equality that reside within every aspect of reality, another cybertronian with much darker intentions is sent to this new dimension. Megatron finds himself trying to adjust to the new world when he realizes his enemy is also present. An alliance may be his only option to finally take revenge on Optimus Prime. Beyond their age old rivalry, the world of MHA is coming close to a chaotic clash between new heroes and villains, backed by their powerful mentors. The students of UA must face off against the League of Villains. Optimus will do his best to ensure that their world does not meet the same fate as his once did. Unfortunately, even he isn't strong enough to take on this challenge alone.

The crew for the Ark was one of the last Autobot's ship to leave Cybertron, and have been on earth for months now hiding from the Decepticons. Fire Flare one of the crew member talks to Elita One that died on Cybertron. Elita One says Team Prime needs help and show Fire Flare the coordinates to the city that Team Prime base is close to. What Fire Flare does not know is by going to help Team Prime will change her life forever. An everlasting conflict between the Autobots and Decepticons ends, followed by the death of their leaders. Months later, a restless Prime sparks a battle of wills with Primus and gets himself kicked out of the Allspark. When he wakes, he finds himself and Megatron revived--with a twist. They don't look like themselves, and the Autobots don't believe Optimus is really Optimus. That leaves them with only one place to turn to, and the Decepticons there are more willing to take in the former Prime than they are Megatron.
