This story follows the return of the first Alicorn as he seeks to right his ancient wrongs, revealing not only the truth behind his own actions but also the hidden secrets surrounding the princesses. Sombra, the once-loyal student who betrayed his teacher and stole what he cherished most, must now secretly return. To redeem himself, he will help his former mentor correct the mistakes of the past, even as he struggles to confront his own guilt and transform into someone better.
