When the meteorite struck Earth it alerted the U.S. government. After investigating they found this machine. But there was just one problem. The Russian government was the first to chart this unknown meteorite. When the Russian government came to America asking for their materials the U.S. government rejected them. After a hasty fight back and forth the meteorite was finally given to them. After some testing, they figured out that it was an alien machine. They figured out it had the power to open up portals to different dimensions and realities.
