Six months after Topeka Press' twister, a ten year old Dorothy Gale is swept overboard during a storm and drops in the Land of Ev. There, she encounters the evil Queen Roquat, who has imprisoned companions and turned many inhabitants into ornaments. Dorothy teams up with Billina, a talking chicken, Tik-Tok, a mechanical man, and old friends like the Scarecrow and the Tin Woodsman to free the prisoners. Returning from home, Dorothy discovers that she is back in the Land of Oz, and finds the Yellow Brick Road as a pile of rubble, and the Emerald City is in ruins. Discovering that the magical land is now under the control of an evil empire, Dorothy sets off to rescue the Land of Oz with her old friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman and the Cowardly Lion with the help of her new friends, Billina, Jack Pumpkinhead, the Gump, and Tiktok along with Glinda the Good to defeat Queen Roquat. When a tornado rips through Kansas, (Y/N) and her cat, Goose, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz. They follow the Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City to meet the Wizard, and en route, they meet a Billionaire that needs a brain, a Robot missing a heart, and a Cowardly Panther who wants courage. The wizard asks the group to bring him the Cosmic Rod of the hicked Witch of the West to earn his help. But the adventure won't end there. Soon after her return to Kansas, (Y/N) finds herself whisked back to Oz to save her friends and Glinda from Ultron, the younger brother of the Wicked Witch of the West. Ultron is using his late sister's Cosmic Rod as a magic wand and is destroying Oz one yellow brick at a time. With new companions, the (Y/N) sets out to rescue old friends and restore order. No longer is the King Scarecrow seated upon the throne, for it has been usurped by the malevolent Queen Roquat and the cunning Princess Mombi. These devious rulers not only hold the land captive but also conceal the true heiress to the throne of Oz, the rightful Princess Ozma. Stand alongside Dorothy as she forges alliances with both familiar faces and newfound companions, embarking on a quest to liberate Ozma and the entire land of Oz from the clutches of these tyrannical monarchs. Brace yourself for an odyssey filled with peril and valor, where courage and friendship shall be tested in the face of overwhelming adversity. *** Loosely based on the second and third books in the Oz series by L. Frank Baum, "The Marvelous Land of Oz" (1904) and "Ozma of Oz" (1907), I have once again used some characters from the 1985 film "Return to Oz" in my illustrations. This choice made once again because of the appearance of the main characters in that film more resembling the ones used in the original Oz book illustrations crafted by W.W. Denslow and John R. Neill, than other Oz films. In this adaption, I have also merged the characters of Mombi from "The Marvelous Land of Oz" with Princess Langwidere from "Ozma of Oz," echoing the creative fusion of that character seen in the 1985 film. However, the character of the Nome King has been reimagined as Queen Roquat, a female ruler whose name pays homage to the real name of the Nome King in his early book appearances. Many other changes to characters and events from the books can be seen throughout my adaption as well.

Next thing they know they end up on a farm in a place called Kansas where they meet a nice girl by the name of Dorothy Gale who they will accompany on an amazing adventure.
