Title inspired by Mitmite2 Most of the Jaune Arc fanfictions I read just aren't good enough. They either make him impossibly op or he's unjustly betrayed. And too many of them give him a harem. It's getting pretty old so I decided to change that. As a child, Jaune Arc decided that he would become a huntsmen just like his hero of a great-great-grandfather. But his father can't train him after an accident and the rest of his family doesn't know how. So he tries to teach himself. Of course he's failing miserably. With his dream seemingly impossible to achieve, he decides to continue trying to train himself, but then a willing stranger comes along. What next for our wannabe hero. Only time will tell. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

Everyone has a breaking point, people will try their best to control themselves, from losing their sanity, however once might give in, once in a while, to show that they are not to be messed with., Jaune Arc, or just Jaune, was once a boy that was filled with hope, love and a desire to become a hero, but everything changed when a bully Cardin Winchester decided to ruin his life by exposing his false transcripts. Jaune had never actually come into the school properly he had to fake his way in, thanks to his family never training him, but that's a story for another day. After that, if one had to call his life a living hell, then it would not have been far off. He was abused, harassed, tormented, and even nearly killed multiple times. The worst part about it was that the Professors let this happened, they further added more difficulties to his problems by making sure to let the students do what they wanted. Only Ozpin was by his side, but how much could he have handled him, given that he was handling everyone all at the same time. He was no god to do everything by himself. Now where was his family, well it turns out aside from never training him, they even had the gall to disown him despite everything he had done for them, they never encouraged him and they never helped him, he tried contacting them, but they had never responded. One day, a usual hellish day for Jaune, Glynda asks Jaune to face off against Cardin, he was initially been beaten nearly to death, as the crowd cheered for Cardin, Jaune looked around, seeing that everyone hated him, even his own former team cheered for his demise. Something swelled in him, something dangerous, and when once released, he will show them what fear really is. Unfortunately for you however, you never discovered your semblance yet. All you could do in a fight was rely on tactics and battle on with a sword that was passed down from your father who had died, leaving you alone as your mother had died as well. You were dating the infamous team RWBY, who was popular all over Beacon, just as you were. One day though, a shocking truth befell you as you were returning from a solo mission to see that they have betrayed your heart, and cheated on you with your teammates. In your rage, you went to the Forever Falls forest and disappeared, leaving a hurt team RWBY, and guilty team. One day, an entire continent is wiped out, and no one knows who it is who attacked. RWBY is watching the news in the cafeteria is filled with students who join them. A massive explosion occurs in central Vale and all students are at the edge of Beacon, where they see one being floating over the flames that cover Vale. ???: I have returned Vale, to claim justice against those who wronged so long ago. Jaune Arc, a man that was sent to the 4 Kingdoms to hide from his Father. Just like with the rest of his Siblings, due to War caused by their Father, Nicolas Arc. They we're sent into hiding for their own safety. Juniper requested the help of Ozpin to accept Jaune into Beacon, they gave him an identity of a Student who came into the School with Fake Transcripts. This was in order to keep all eyes away from Jaune, if word got out that Jaune is in Beacon, Nicolas will come after him. But things happened during his time in Beacon, Goodwitch found out about his Transcripts and was furious of it. She went to the Vale Council and showed Evidence regarding this matter, which resulted to the Vale Council taking matters into their own hands. Jaune's Transcripts were found out by everyone in Beacon, the results were every single Student beating him to death and nearly killed him numerous times. But it gotten bad to the point that something happened, something far worse than what they expected. Now what would happen when the Arc Family hears about this? What will the fate of the 4 Kingdoms be when the Arc Family finds out what happened?

Jaune Arc was never an actual Arc, he was the bastard of Jonathan Arc and a nameless woman, his sisters loved him, his adopted mother loved him but his father saw him as a mistake, so Jaune ran from home to be a huntsman at the age of twelve, Jaune was now 17 and he made it into beacon. but a war is coming, one that history will never forget. can Jaune and Co. survive this deadly war? or will they Die?

It is taking place in the New Era of Mortal Kombat 1 and MK11. Following Jaune's demise, he was forced out of Beacon and abandoned by everyone who knew him because his fake transcripts were leaked into the public world. Jaune was transported into the Mortal Kombat universe, where he became one of the most skilled warriors amongst the Lin Kuei. After he refused to aid Kronika and was sent into the void, Jaune escaped alongside Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, and Fujin. Now, he and his allies must travel back in time and save the timeline. But Jaune will realize that not all people are who they appear to be. (Important: The original creator of this story is Arcanus the Scribe. He and I were planning on rewriting it together. However, he is currently struggling with personal issues and has allowed me to continue it.)

After his transformation, a portal opened up and sucked him through, sending him to the Goetia Castle, where he met Octavia and allowed Jaune to stay with her since he basically has nowhere else to go.
