Their only targets were humans at first but they have expanded their range to killing Devils, Angels, Fallen Angels, and other mythical creatures after a certain new member joined them. Not much is known about their new member as his partner is known as Tyrant, the Dragon of Evolution. He fought against numerous enemies of all races including dragons.
