After the provisional license exam Bakugo never confronted Izuku having ignored the statement about him recieving his quirk. Luna Hirose, the niece of the famous pro-hero Hawks, has recently moved from America to Japan and plans to become a pro-hero just like her uncle and her deceased mother. She makes plenty of new friends, one of them being Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless All Might fanboy who shares the same big dreams she does. As she gets closer to him, she discovers a secret about her dear friend: All Might has passed down his quirk to Izuku, which makes the two bonded by their shared quirk.
