But Owen's arrival isn't a coincidence, and her past is more tied to the Glade than she realises. Hidden fragments of memory begin to resurface, pointing to a long-lost connection with Winston-one neither of them could have anticipated. As the secrets of the maze and WICKED start to unravel, Owen must confront the truth about her identity, her role in the maze, and the impossible choice between love, survival, and family.

With time running out and the deadly Grievers closing in, Owen, Newt, and the Gladers must solve the maze and escape-or risk losing everything they've come to fight for.
