If you haven't read my one-shot "Insomnia", you should probably read that first before jumping into this book. This story starts two weeks later after those events. Another year of school has finished, and the Koopalings have the Summer off. The kids were happy about it except for Bowser Jr. and Ludwig von Koopa; but for different reasons. For Bowser Jr., he has to go to Summer School because he failed. For Ludwig, he can't study anything; which drives him crazy. When Ludwig finds out Bowser Jr. is going to Summer School, he gets excited and asks Bowser if he can go there too; even though he's a straight A student. But when his father says no, it's time for some sneaking around. Will Ludwig make it to Summer School before it ends? Or will he completely miss out?

Charlie is a young man from Michigan who works at a convenience store. He always had a knack for creating things but always felt as though he was wasting his talents. That is until one day, when he attempts to fix the convenience store's plumbing system, that everything changes. He finds himself stuck in a whole new world filled with different kinds of people and monsters. Charlie soon decides to set off on a new adventure. But he isn't alone, as he makes plenty of new friends along the way! Such as Rexanne, a super friendly dinosaur with the strength to rival gods, but not enough brains to back it up. Penny Goomberg, a sassy Goomba with the smarts to rival Charlie. And Boomer Koopa, a Super Koopa who's a little full of himself, but seems to have good intentions. Together, they form the Superstar Squad! A team of do-gooders who go around various lands to offer their heroic services in times of need.

Imagine a alternate world where the mario universe has a modern feel to it, and is full of action. Full of secrets of the past and bizarre moments along with horrifying moments as well. Now imagine all of this happening after the events of bowser's inside story but with a twist you'll never imagine was possible that involves the kind of horror you could never comprehend which is also part of an ancient history that was mostly buried and forgotten. This story contains swearing, blood and dark moments as well as light hearted moments, and a couple of shippings. One of them being not at all what you expect!

Mario, an average handyman living in New Donk City lands the opportunity of a lifetime to spend a couple days abroad in the Mushroom Kingdom for work. Little does he know that his life will forever change when the dastardly Lord Bowser, king of the koopas, interrupts the banquet at Castle Toadstool to steal the Mushroom Kingdom's most treasured artifacts, the Power Stars, and one of the stars chooses Mario as the one and only person able to stop Bowser's evil plans before they come to light. With Princess Peach Toadstool begging for aid, Mario can do nothing but accept his sudden place in the Mushroom Kingdom's struggle to retrieve the other Power Stars.

Ludwig Von Koopa, the more mature and sophisticated Koopaling out of all of his siblings, had begun hearing a voice inside of his head. The voice, he had recognized, to be someone he had thought he would never have to worry about again. He thought he had gotten rid of that side of him, not wanting to have to deal with being called the 'crazy' one. He tried to ignore the voice, but it was clear that he was not going to give up until everything Ludwig had worked hard to get rid of regained control. On top of that, an old enemy returns and tries to use him as an advantage to take down Bowser and all of the other kingdoms. He's tried his best, not wanting the crazy side of him to come out, again. This story has 18+ content due to yanderes, character death, and blood/gore. If you feel uncomfortable with those things, then you better not read this book. Reader discretion is advised. This takes place after the events of "New Super Mario Bros. U". After returning home to the Darklands and he out of all his siblings get yelled at by Bowser for being unable to defeat the Mario Bros yet again; though everyone had a fault in the failed plan as well, Ludwig von Koopa had enough. He fought back; claiming his father as "lovesick" and needs to wake up. There's more to that argument, but you'll find out later on. If that wasn't bad enough; Ludwig finally runs away from the Darklands to a new city he found called Pheonix Drop - the biggest and most popular city ever known - set on starting a new life with his passion for music. Bowser Jr. can have the throne all he wants. He IS the heir; not Ludwig anymore. When Ludwig did run away; it came with the consequences back in the Darklands. Bowser - realizing what he'd done - and the other koopalings snapped. They would all do ANYTHING to get the navy blue haired musician to love them again; even if Bowser Jr. is no longer heir to the throne for a change. If that's not bad enough; they would even vow to get rid of those who try to so much as talk to the said navy blue haired musician. This isn't an incest story. Don't think that. This is a family only yandere book.

After his defeat, Bowser ponders the meaning of his existence. Until he hears this voice... That will change his outlook on life. True love is not always what you think it is, and comes to you when you least expect it. Will he realize this before it's too late? Warning, slight spoilers for the Super Mario Bros 2023 movie! According to a kind old scientist living nearby, the mansion doesn't even exist at all! It turns out that this inventor, Professor E. Gadd, has been studying the ghosts for some time - and passes on a useful weapon to help Luigi in his quest. The Poltergust 3000 is no ordinary vacuum: it's a wearable tool capable of capturing specters! Luigi isn't exactly known for his bravery, but he sets out into the dark house to discover the truth. Can he overcome his obstacles - including himself - and find Mario before it's too late? The third time's the charm, right? Bowser sure thought so. The Mushroom Kingdom fell into terror yet again as the super-sized Koopa King attacked the castle to swipe up the beloved Princess Peach. Unfortunately for the big bad king, Mario and his brother, Luigi, weren't far behind once they heard all the ruckus. However... this time, Bowser wasn't going to go down that easily. But that's why the rating is E10+ instead of just E, like SMG and SMG2.
