Saving Lakiteu

They met back up at Luigi's Mansion. "So... find anything?" Hammer asked. "I found this." He held up the bag on invisibility dust. "It was at the Toy Field, I figured the two were related somehow."

"Uh, no." Fire piped up with a devious smirk. "I actually coated the Toy Field with invisibility dust last night before the game."

"Oh,-"

"Don't even finish that thought!" Ice growled. "This book is kid-friendly."

"Book?" Fire asked.

"And any nessessary swearing is censored." Ice added.

"What are you-"

"Doesn't matter."

"Ok" said Boomer. "When he speaks, his voice can send waves through the water. If he's even over the water..." His brothers turned and stared at him. "I don't know how I know! Geez! I just know that it can send ripples through the water as well as in the air. When I made the airwaves visable yo my wind-eye, I used a compass to get a direction from the southeast. They were weird though. One moment they were clear as day, like I could make out words, then the next, it was a distorted, muffled mess. Ice, what about you?"

Ice shrugged. "Same information as you. Southeast."

"Okay, Fire?" Boomer asked.

"Nothing useful." Fire replied. "They all said the same thing when I asked them. They didn't know anything."

Hammer sighed. "Well, since you both can manipulate them to an extent, did you go in that direction beforehand?"

"I did and I found... what looked to me like some kind of warp pool." Ice said. "But it doesn't make any sense. Who would put a warp pool in the middle of the ocean?"

"Secrecy, maybe?" Hammer shrugged. "Doesn't matter, though. That's definitely where they went."

"Agreed. So let's get going." Ice said, and they set out in the direction of the warp pool.
