? – Well one day we stopped at a random harbor, we were almost home but had to make a stop in French Florida due to an upcoming storm. We seeked refuge in a bar to avoid the pouring rain for the night and to have our fun, and that’s when I met Bad. He was sat on a round table a foot or two near the old and infested wooden counter of the place. There was a small crowd around him, that’s how we noticed him. He was clearly an attraction. And you know me by now, curious as ever, I went to see for myself. Well, I go ahead and there sat Bad with men around him, some of them are my own, some I’ve never seen before, but all of them were focused on him. He was doing a reading, doing so in exchange of gold coins. I watched as it went, thinking it was a well thought scam until he turned to me and asked if the captain was eager to meet his fate. And I love to prove someone wrong but I wasn’t going to waste my little earnings on that. Because how do you prove something didn’t happen? Especially when fate doesn’t assure you that you two will meet again. But surprisingly Bad was very persistent, and he even offered to do this for me for free. And eh, I’m a pirate, I don’t turn away free stuff. So I sat down across from him and let it happen. I guess that he really just wanted to use me as an example for all those people like me who were clearly skeptical of his gift. And he did right. ?
