@I_Want_My_Milk_Back OK then. When you feel you get anxious / a panic attack just breathe in and out if that doesn't work then think about something else that makes you anxious. Go hug your plushies or/family/friends if you are comfortable with hugging people. Watch some comedy or eat some ice cream. Chocolate stuff always helps when you are upset
