A.J. lives with her fiancé in the quiet, rural Scottish Borders. They share their home with two cats and a dog.

Inspired as a child by CS Lewis' Narnia collection, AJ started writing stories at the tender age of nine years old. Years later,  with two daughters to raise, she took a couple of writing courses where she earned a Diploma in Creative Writing.

????? ?? ??????, Book 1 in her vampire /Fallen Angels trilogy, is now available in ebook and paperback on Amazon. ??? ??????? ???? and ??? ???? ?? ?????, Books II and III, respectively, are due for publication by the end of 2025.

In 2016, her daughters encouraged her to post stories on 抖阴社区, primarily trying her hand at Fanfiction. As an avid player of ????? ?? ????????, she started with The Sarah & Khadgar Chronicles - a collection of 4 books with 2 spin-offs. Also using the penname NightElflady, AJ has been fortunate to win several contests and awards for her stories.

Her personal story of surviving a head-on collision in 2022 in which she sustained severe injuries and then discovered she also had stage 4 cancer, is in the pipeline as a future project. In it, she also explains how Spiritualism has helped her recover.
