I live in Australia, but my sleep schedule your guess. Cause I don't even know at this point.

I have a VERY dark way of thinking... as in I walk past an dark corner and I wonder how I would murder someone in that corner without them screaming or attracting to much attention or the best exit out of the building if the police came after me. I think I have a problem...
I also have a notebook of which I write all my dark and intrusive thoughts in quotes. I definitely need help.
