Is your story 'The Halfbreeds' still undergoing revisions?

I finally managed to post the first chapter of "The Flames of Atlantis." I’m a bit self-conscious about this one because... it’s FULL-ON romance. I’ve never written a full romance before, so here goes nothing. This book is also different from my others because it’s not a true standalone. It picks up right where "The Sky Gods of Atlantis" left off. I’ll try to write it so it feels like a standalone, and maybe by the end I can call it that. But for now, it’s definitely part of the ongoing arc.
          
          Inanna and Ibris finally arrive in the Underworld and yeah... things are overwhelming and intense. This chapter means a lot to me because it shows how far they’ve come, from exile and war to trying to build something real. I hope you enjoy the slower, more intimate vibe.

People! “The Sky Gods of Atlantis” has officially come to an end. I loved writing every minute of it.
          
          Fun fact: I wrote the first 8 chapters back in 2019 while traveling through Central America. So that version of me, the one who thought she’d never get the whole story on paper, is now in awe. Thank God! There’s still editing and polishing to come, but Draft 1 is DONE.
          
          I absolutely loved writing Ibrina’s foundational love story. And don’t worry, there’s so much more ahead for these two in future books.
          
          “The Flames of Atlantis” should start dropping this holiday weekend… emphasis on *should.* I’ve somehow written Chapters 2 and 3 before the prologue and Chapter 1, so… yeah. 
          
          If you haven’t joined the Atlantis journey yet, now’s the time. Sky Gods is a standalone romance novel, but the experience hits even harder if you’ve read “The Halfbreeds of Atlantis” (not a romance novel).

You know your novel’s getting *too* long when even Google Docs tells you to start a new document because you’ve hit the word limit.

Alright, party people, I’m reposting this from the weekend. The announcement didn’t appear to post when intended. Not sure what gives.
          
          I’ve grown so attached to Leonor Reid and Ander de Lara from The Assassin of Time (by @RedPetal) that I’ve decided to bring them into the Atlantis universe (The Third World Universe) through a short novel called "The Assassin of Atlantis."
          
          The story takes place two years before "the Halfbreeds of Atlantis," and while it’s technically fanfiction, it will be official Atlantis canon. This book will build the backstory for beloved characters like Ashur Napahu and Ibris Mansa, while introducing us to Leonor and Ander in their past lives in Atlantis.
          
          What’s most exciting is that while I hope to maintain the integrity of Leonor and Ander (to the best of my ability) as they were in the original source, I want their story and what they accomplish in their short Atlantis novel to directly impact the revelations at key moments in my upcoming main novel “The Flames of Atlantis.”

           I’ll be publishing chapters of both Assassin and Flames in an intentional order to build immersion in the world while avoiding spoilers.
