When you write your fic do you ever get worried that you might make a character ooc?

TharjaFan15

Only sometimes. I try to make a good habit of keeping them as close to the source material as possible. But I will sometimes deviate in order to make a joke or to ease in the reader

I'm having a bit of trouble with trying to make a FE book.
So I want the MC to be unique but I don't want him to be a guy with a sword, so I want your opinion on if the MC should have powers or not.

@TharjaFan15 I like the sound of that Idea thank you for your help

@MallyAkaku For the Slifer one you could “nerf” him by having his power limited due to being used by a human avatar. And the Dragonstone could only bring out SOME of his power. That’s a way you could go about it

@TharjaFan15 Well my first idea was for the MC to wield The Soul Edge and have Thraja Family become black mages that worship it as a godly figure which would also give her a reason to stalk the MC but it's also a blade of great evil which would put the MC in a not so good situation.

My second idea was for the MC to wield the Master Sword and make the MC be Link and Thraja would be a descendent of Zelda and be the princess of the forgotten kingdom Hyrule.

And I think a dragon Idea would be good but the only dragon that I can think of would be Slifer and I think that would probably be too over powdered.

I've been thinking of making a FE book is there some type of important lore I'm missing about Tharja in any other game?

TharjaFan15

No not really. She’s a part of Fire Emblem Awakening. Her personality is similar to the whole creepy-stalker anime girl trope. Her deal is she finds the main character, Robin, interesting and wants to pretty much hex them into having their attention only on her. But after becoming good friends with Robin she mellows out somewhat
