            waiting patiently, she listened to his confession, tilting her head when he paused in between before blinking at the sudden inquiry. “padme.. to your anakin?” was she hearing correctly? “as in, your w-wife?”

akira smiled lovingly as he looked towards her, could this crush get any bigger at this rate? he tried his best to keep himself warm but his cheeks tinted pink, possibly from the breeze against them as he popped out in sweats but no… shirt. his hair was still dripping! his cheeks warmed a bit before smiling softly at her, “did i? perhaps it was a good day for you to watch then! though, i wasn’t able to beat my last time…” he pouted a bit before pulling her to more secluded area but where people were still around — for her sake anyway. “this is hard to say and i know this is very out of the blue but um… will you be the padme to my anakin?”

she blinked before nodding. “okay, if you say so.. i will wait for you then, akira-san.” yvette spoke up before feeling his jacket drape among her shoulders. it made her face flush as she looked up at him again in surprise. “you’re.. entrusting this to me? w-well, um okay.. i’ll do my best to not dirty or lose it..” she muttered back, sliding her arms through the sleeves. “i know.. i-i’ll be waiting, good luck, akira-san, you can do it..!” she blurted after him before letting out a breath.

            she waited patiently outside the poolroom, jotting down tomorrow’s tasks at the garden club. part of her was thankful for akira’s jacket, as the breeze had picked up. speaking of, there he was. “akira-san, you did really well from what i saw, i-it was astonishing.” she muttered in awe before tilting her head. “are you sure? well, alright.. um- where to?”
