I’ve officially published my Top Gun: Maverick fanfiction. This story follows an original character, Lieutenant Cassidy Shaw, call sign Quicksilver—an uninvited thirteenth pilot who proves she’s fast enough to outrun expectations. Set before and during the events of the film, the story blends action, heart, and a slow-burn romance with none other than Lieutenant Robert “Bob” Floyd. I poured a lot of emotion into this, especially during a difficult time, and writing it has been both healing and exciting.
