(How I interpret this is wondering as you’re young why you feel so different, then realizing later, why. Lots of gay and trans wish to have been born straight, or born a different gender—myself included—not because you think being gay or trans is wrong, but because of what you have to deal with when your queer. You shouldn’t have to be scared, or feel ashamed, because of the way you were born. It’s not a choice, nor is it something “fixable” so the bs queer people get can really get to our heads.)

(“We can run away to the walls inside your house” is illustrating the way she only feels safe within the house of another, that’s where she and her partner can truly be together.
“I can be the cat, baby, you can be the mouse” is a reference to her other song, “Chemistry” (I think it’s that one?? That one or her other other song, “Normalcy”)
“We can laugh off things we know nothing about/We can go forever until you wanna sit it out” I love this line because it feels raw and personal, like a specific experience Gigi has felt. However, this is one of the lyrics I don’t completely understand, or can’t formulate my own understanding of.)

He says it’s about the Iliad >:) Chat I’m so excited for it Also I’m not done with the Riordanvetse yet (mb) I’m taking a very long time to read toa still ToT IM REWATCHING GRAVITY FALLS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREVER (Anna? Is that you?) AND I CANT BELIEVE I LEFT IT ALONE FOR SO LONG??? LOVE THAT SHOW?? You really only need to read up to the 8th. Okay the funniest thing that happened at camp (well not the funniest but it was pretty funny) is that people found out that I like girls, and that a very close friend of mine does too and they were just like “alr we ship you”
