listen to a heartbeat, you could search up "heartbeat for shifting" in youtube, but make sure autoplay is off.Step 2
put your phone under your pillow, enough for you to hear the heartbeat ofc.Step 3
Imagine that you're in a place, anywhere and there's a door, you're laying on someone from your DR.Step 4
When the video stops, imagine that the person is slowly waking up and telling you something like "hey, y/n it's time to go now, ok?" and then take their hand, they will lead you to the doorStep 5
Behind the door is a really bright light, Blinding. Now, it's best to say "I am" affirmations (I am in my DR, I am home, I am Shifting, etc.)Step 6
you will feel like your falling, keep saying affirmations. once you hit the ground (up to you when you want to), and from a blinding light to just white or blank, you can open your eyes. you should be in your DR, if you aren't don't loose hope, you could do it again anytime :)
