Countdown: The day

Elle's POV

This is it. The last day of finals and we're off to a holiday.

Math.

The paper is in the afternoon so I slept in till almost 10 in the morning.

I would have slept in more but I'm hungry.

"Elle, wake up, let's have breakfast at Maci's!" Azwa spoke loudly

Trying to wake me up.

"Elle, wake up!" Fanie yelled out while poking my cheeks.

"I'm up" with one eye open

"what? It's only 9 40 in the morning" I complained

"but you're hungry, aren't you?" Fanie questioned me

"yeah, give me a minute" I replied

I got dressed and everything, then headed out with the rest.

Unlocking my phone and checking it.

"what the fuck? He called me?" I cursed myself

I thought he was joking. poor him.

So I text him,

Study! Last subject. Good luck! :) sorry I didn't answer your call just now, I thought you're joking. :/

Later that moment

11:10 am, incoming text

Yeah, last paper. Good luck to you too! Would you go out with me after this paper if it's not raining, just the two of us.

I was surprised by his text honestly.

Thanks. Out to? You're kidding me right? You sure you're Hanes? You're suspicious.

I replied.

Yes, I am Hanes and no, I am not kidding. Just go out for movies and dinner. that's all. I would like to repay you and don't worry, I'll take you back asap.

He seemed serious about this. I stared at the text, not knowing what to reply.

Repay for what? Anyways, let's eat! :D

I'm at Medan's, eating with Alan and Kevin. Come and join me?

I replied,
It's okay, I'm eating at Maci's.

He replied,
Is Maci's open?

Of course, that's why I'm here. Eating. Still there?

Really? :P yeah, still here.

I ended the conversation,

Okay, I'm eating now, text ya later. ^^

His last reply,

Alright, alright. Hahaha. Chill okay? I'm going back now. Don't worry.

"Let's eat everyone!" I said joyfully

Digged in my breakfast with Azwa, Fanie and Bell.
