Broken Souls ~??? ?????? ~

They reached to the basement, there was a man infront of a giant, red door. "Hello there, I'm Mr Delourie and this is my wife Mrs Delourie." Tom introduced himself as Caroline stared at how handsome he looked. "Sir I shall see your invitation before you can enter." the giant man said. Tom looked at Caroline nervously. Caroline pretended to look for her invitation with a nervous look on their faces.

"Its seems like I forgot them at our room. Come on dear we shall get them, but I must say that he will get quite mad at us." she spoke with such an act, Tom thought. The giant man seemed to panic, Caroline looked confidently to Tom. "Yes honey, he would probably kill us for not being at time, we shall get our invitations quickly." Tom agreed with a smile. "W-wait." the guard studdered. "I wouldn't like that if he gets angry. Welcome Mr and Mrs Delourie." the man explained, opening the door to a giant room. They entered the dark but yet magical room.

"Mrs Delourie careful, you have sinned." Tom whispered at her ear, making Caroline uncomfortable. "Do you think someone could recognise us?" she asked him with a low voice. "I don't think so." Tom answered in a low voice. They stared at the people around the ballroom. There was classical music filling their ears, where no one danced to. Her eyes catched a blonde woman who looked oddly familiar. "Oh Merlin's sake." Caroline reacted in shock by the view. Tom's eyes traveled to Caroline's face then the direction she stared.

"Am I blind or is it..." before Tom continued his sentence, Caroline interrupted "Druella Rosier."

"Tom we have to leave, Now!" she ordered pulling Tom's arm. He stared at her with confusion. "Why? Its not like we will get her attention." he reacted with a laid back look, making her roll her eyes.

"You don't understand, her boyfriend thought that she was cheating but instead she was coming to random meetings. That means everyone also knew Mr and Mrs Delourie and that means it will only take a few seconds for us to get recognised and worse, Druella could snitch if she sees us." Caroline answered. He looked worried, dragging her to the door. "Shit." Caroline wined, they saw Grindelwald entering the door. Caroline grabbed his arm and made him face the opposite side.

"We're screwed Care." Tom whispered with a low voice. "No shit Sherlock." she whispered without showing how much panicking. "He doesn't know who we are or our purpose. Why don't we just pretend to be Reina Coryn and Dorian Marchie?" Caroline offered.

"You're mad. The only reason why we didn't brough Reina was to not risk her life Care." he yelled at her ear with a quiet tone. "But it would work." Caroline whispered. "It would." Tom rolled his eyes. She dragged Tom's arm as he looked terrified. She walked towards Grindelwald. "Care no!" he whispered with anger. Grindelwald's eyes traced Caroline and Tom. "Mr Grindelwald." Caroline yelled with excitement, making Tom stare with disgust. "Yes... And you are?" He asked as he walked towards them. Caroline released Tom's arm, as she got ready for her role.

"Mister, My name is Reina Coryn and this is my, boyfriend Dorian Marchie." Caroline introduced, Tom glanced at the man of many crimes, his stares became so intense that Caroline had to drove his attention to her. "You're the Coryn's eldest daughter. Pleasure to meet you dear." Grindelwald spoke, grabbing her hand and placing a kiss on her hand.

"Sir, I wanted to join you, I was not feeling ready when I was just a miserable child but now, I know understand my parents and their intentions." Caroline replied with joy, Tom could see how disgusted she was while she spoke. "And as her boyfriend and the heir of the Marchie bloodline, I would like to join too." Tom explained, making Caroline stare at him with a smile. "Very well you both are welcomed here since Coryns served me well and the Marchie family is a highly respected family." Grindelwald explained, leaving a last glance at Caroline as he walked away. "We just saved our asses." Tom whispered at her ear with excitement.

"Well didn't you just met your idol or whatever, Mr Delourie?" Caroline teased with a playful smile. She saw a waitress coming at their way, she grabbed two glasses of champagne and gave one to Tom's hand. "You should be greatful, I thought that Grindelwald was like your mentor or idol." Caroline replied, earning an eye roll from Tom. She tossed the glass at Tom's glass. Taking a sip from the champagne.

"Well yeah thanks for that." He replied as he took a sip. His other hand trailed Caroline's revealed back. His touch sended shivers through her body. "Little did I know that Caroline Coryn was such a good liar." He also added as his hand rubbed on her soft skin. "As if we weren't here, I would have touched you the ways that your liar brain couldn't imagine how it would feel." He whispered at her ear. "Only in your wildest dreams Riddle." She stared at his emerald green eyes, his handsome face looked so perfect with the light there, it made Caroline burst with lust.

"If we can survive this night, I promise to get your ability of walking." he leaned to her ear, whispering with such seduction. For a moment she didn't realised what he said but ahe finally understood what he meant. She took a sip from her champagne glass. "Well if we can survive this night, I'll make sure to stay away from you." she replied at his ear, licking the back of his ear.

"We both know how bad you are at thar Caroline. Admit it, I'm impossible for you to get away." He whispered as he placed a wet kiss at her neck, slowly pulling away.

"I must admit, my life would have been way better without your unnecessary presence." she teased as she took another sip, finishing the glass. "There it is, we should grab it and get out as soon as possible." Caroline pointed her finger at a purple stone that looked almost magical. Tom rolled his eyes and finished his drink. "Reveal tour wand, we have to make it quick and safe. I'll take the stone, you'll protect me at all cost." Tom ordered as he grabbed the glasses at their hands,placing them on the golden plate. He grabbed Caroline's hand as he leaded her to the stone. Caroline held her wand closer to her chest, as they walked to the unprotected stone, Tom's hand contacted with it, with a sudden moment, he screamed with pain, driving all the attention to them. "Damn it Tom." Caroline murmured. He dropped the stone on the ground, his eyes started to pour tears, he looked so much in pain that it was unbearable for his form. Caroline leaned to the ground and grabbed the stone, it didn't effect Caroline so she easily lifted it in her pocket. "Lets leave shall we." Caroline offered as she wrapped her arns on Tom's weak body, grabbing the port from his pocket, as they disappeared, a spell hit Caroline's back, making her bleed.
