Broken Souls ~??? ?????? ~

It's been a day and everything went normal. Care avoided Tom the whole time. She didn't wanna see him. She now hated him. She went back to her dormitory room after classes and finally relaxed. No one found Phertiz but she knew that she couldn't get away with what she saw. Druella entered the room crying, she didn't realize Caroline until she collapsed on the floor, leaning her back to the door. Her tears fell from her eyes uncontrollably.

"Are you okay Druella?" she asked with hesitation. Druella didn't answer, she shoved the door and rolled in her bed. "Why would you care!" she mocked. "Sorry. I was just trying to be nice." Caroline stormed. Caroline had to do something, she had to confront Tom but she couldn't get her pride to do that. She wanted to destroy him but she was just scared, for the first time in her life. She got disgusted by his touch but she loved the way that it made her, she loved to feel insane but yet strong. She rushed out of the room, slamming the door harshly. She walked to the common room, now everything went back to normal, but soon Phertiz's disappearance will be heard and the school would go back to a lockdown again, Caroline thought.

She saw Tom's fierce eyes, minding with a black notebook. His eyes met Caroline, he was feeling ashamed, he didn't know what to do or say for the first time in his life. She hesitated to walk towards him but at this point, she wouldn't care the consequences. "Tom..." she whispered awkwardly. His emerald green eyes looked scared, powerless. His hand closed the black book.

"I want to kill you so bad. I crave for the day that you will scream in pain and go to hell." she carefully whispered, expressing her anger with her voice. He swallowed. "The feeling is mutual darling." he rustled, leaning to her ear. His hand wrapped around her waist, he breathed at her skin. "Killing you wouldn't do any difference in my life. But for you, you would be the first one to blame." Caroline murmured to his ear, grabbing his muscular hand from her waist and making his hand trace her tight.

"You like the danger I bring Tom. You can't even keep your dick in place when you're around me." she whispered seductively.

"Let's make a deal." he offered, distancing himself.

"Whoever catches feelings to one another, will be killed by the other's hand." he offered with an annoying smile. "Then prepare to die." she asserted with a cold, brutal tone. "But that's stupid why the hell would we do this?" she queried nervously. "Because I can't stand you and you can't stand me, darling. Maybe this way, you could be bearable and end up dead by my hands. That's the reason why I want to do this." he explained.

"Well, it could have happened if you didn't have killed our professor in front of me. I'm not going to be a part of your stupid bet." she explained with a provoking tone.

"Also I wouldn't need a stupid bet to kill you." she added to her sentence. "Oh we will see about that. Take care of yourself Caroline, one day you can slip your toe and die." he mocked. She rolled her eyes and walked away from him. Her eyes locked with Nolan's, who was walking towards her. She avoided him. "Hey. Are you seriously gonna ignore me Coryn?" he asked with a smirk on his face.  Nolan grabbed her arm, making her unable to walk past him.

"No I'm not ignoring you Nolan. Its just I don't wanna talk with you." she answered, facing his  face.

"Well its called ignoring. Look, I really like you but you're pushing everyone away. Maybe at least try. Since now everything is back to normal, why don't we go out." he offered with a smile on his face. Caroline waited for a second to answer, she analysed his way of looking at her.

"Is that a date offer?" she asked, with her cheeks turning red.

"Only if you'd like that to be a date Caroline. So what do you think, Hogsmeade?"

"Sounds good." she answered with a sweet facial expression on her face. He bit his lip abd winked at her. The truth was, she wanted to get Tom out of her mind. She wanted to try feeling normal at least.

"I'll pick you up from your dorm, be ready at 7pm." he asserted. He freed his hand and Caroline smiled, walked past him. She walked through the corridors. Until she heard screaming sounds. She almost reached her dorm but she couldn't help the need to search for the core of the sound. She reahed back to the stairs. She walked to the way of the screams.

"For Merlin's Sake Tom!" she screamed. She saw Tom laying on the cold floor, screaming in pain. She reached to him, grabbing his body, trying to make him stand still. "What the bloody hell did you do to yourself?" she asked, panicking.

"Let me go you trashy bitch." he hardly spoke, trying to push her hands. She slightly pushed her finger on his wound, making him wail in pain. "Don't ever dare to talk to me like that!" she yelled, pushing her hand harder. "Okay I'm sorry. Caroline please help me. I did something terrible and the consequences will be harsh." he whispered in her ear.

"What did you do?" she asked, releasing his wound.

"I may have traded everything to reach more power." he spoke, leaning to her eyes. He traced her fingers and locked them together.

"You have to help me Caroline. Or something horrible will happen. Maybe it wouldn't effect you but it surely will effect here. I don't wanna go back to the orphanage Care. If they learn what I did, they will expell me or even worse, send me to Azkaban." he murmured, a tear rolled down from his eyes.

"What do I need to do?" she asked.
