Hee-soon got inside the company building feeling determined. She is determined to show them her potential again this time. She started to be discouraged ever since her supervisor never stopped giving her tasks that are not under her job description. She's determined this time. She'll show them who Hee-soon is and how good she is in this field.

As soon as she entered their department, her determination subsided upon hearing her supervisor's voice. "You're early. That's good. Go and buy coffee for me," he said as he handed her his card.

"Sir, I believe it is already out of my job to get you some coffee," Hee-soon said calmly even though her fists are already clenched from frustration. Her supervisor's eyes turned to slits, obviously annoyed by what he heard from her.

"I see," he coldly said. Now people who also arrived early and are now working on their desks near them are discreetly looking at them. "So a trainee can't do a simple thing such as fetching some coffee." He took slow strides towards her which made her move back. "If you can't do a simple thing like this, how can you handle being in the editing room?"

She sternly stares at her supervisor even though his presence makes her shudder from fear. With a heavy heart, she took the card from his hand and walked towards the door. Before she could completely go out of the office, she heard his supervisor speak.

"You know what," he started. "Coffee is on me, everybody. Go buy coffee for every person in this room. Well, you might think I'm such an asshole. Go buy coffee for yourself, too," he said and gave her a lopsided smile. She could not do anything but just let out a heavy sigh. How the heck is she going to bring 17 coffee all by herself? Jeez! What is wrong with that old man? She dragged her feet to the coffee shop located just in front of their company building.

She stared at the plastic bags with 17 biodegradable cups of coffee in front of her, thinking of how she should bring these to their department. "Do you need help with those?" One of the staff politely asked and I'm so glad he did. They were already in front of the company building when a person grabbed the plastic bag from the staff who is helping me.

"I'll take it from here," it was Mr. Lee. "Thank you." He told the staff. The guy smiled at him and went back to the coffee shop.

"Mr. Lee?" Hee-soon was startled at the presence of the man she respects in this company.

"He lets you buy all these by yourself? What is wrong with that old man?" Ji-hoon said as he scanned the number of coffee both of them are holding.

"You don't have to do this, Mr. Lee. The staff and I can bring these in my department."

"I'm hurt," Ji-hoon said and stopped in his tracks. That made Hee-soon stop, too. She panicked inside when she saw Ji-hoon's serious face. "Are you pushing me away? I thought we are already friends?"

"Eh?" Hee-soon is baffled at how Ji-hoon is behaving. Some of the employees passing by heard what Ji-hoon said and now they are looking at them. "I'm... I'm not pushing you away, Mr. Lee. I just --"

"I also told you to call me Ji-hoon. Now, this upsets me," he said and pouts. Why on earth is Ji-hoon behaving that way? Now they are gaining more attention from the people nearby. Hee-soon started to be fidgety, not knowing what to do nor how to react. Just then, she heard Ji-hoon laugh.

"I'm messing with you," he chuckled and starts to walk again. A relieved sigh escaped from Hee-soon's mouth as she followed Ji-hoon.

"On a serious note though, I would really appreciate it if you'll call me Ji-hoon." He said and smiles at her. She wanted to ask why he acts this way. She is just a trainee and of all the trainee why does he want to be friends with her?
