Loki's Midgardian

*five months later*

"I have something!" Loki shouted as he ran into the living room where Tony, Natasha, Steve, and Thor were all sitting.

"Loki, we've been looking for a way to bring her back for months now...... I think... I think it's time we let her go." Steve whispered.

Loki's eyes darkened as everyone remained quiet, "Is that how you all feel, you just want to move on and forget her?! Do you even miss her?!" Loki raised his voice.

"Of course we fucking miss her! You're not the only one grieving!" Tony shouted as he stood up from the couch angrily.

"I promised I would find a way to bring her back!"

"Brother—"

"No," Loki shouted, "I have found a way to bring her back for real, there's this thing called the tesseract and it's extremely powerful." Loki explained.

"Loki..." Natasha whispered.

Loki ignored her, "I have made a deal with a being named Thanos, he said I could see her again."

"What's the price?" Tony asked as Loki looked at the floor for a while.

"No Loki, we are not going to kill a bunch of innocent people!"

"It's a small price to pay, don't you want to see her again?!" Loki demanded.

"Of course we want to see her again, but not like this." Natasha added.

"Why not!?" Loki demanded.

"Because we don't kill people! Do you really think y/n would be okay with this if she found out a bunch of people died just so she could come back?!?" Tony shouted.

"I don't care!... I just..... I need her back." Loki confessed.

"Brother, she wouldn't want this, she would want you to move on. She wouldn't want to be remembered like this."

Loki was staring at the floor before he lifted his head to reveal his glowing green eyes.

"You won't remember her at all." Loki said as green smoke surrounded him.

"Loki, what are you doing?" Natasha asked as she slowly backed away.

"I will do this, this is how I bring her back and nothing can stop me." The green smoke continued to surround Loki.

"I'm sorry, but we can't let you do this." Tony said as he lifted a small device hidden in his hands towards Loki.

"I'm sorry too... that you won't remember y/n." Loki apologized as the green smoke around him exploded and consumed everyone in the building so that every single memory of you was erased from their minds.

Loki would bring you back...no matter the cost.

As Loki's magic stole everyone's memories of you, Loki disappeared in a cloud of green smoke to hold up his end of Thanos' deal.
