~Out Cold~
I woke up, with a pounding headache. I looked around the room I was in, it was Madam Pomfrey's. It was about the middle of the day, possibly could've been three o'clock. The windows were open and it was quite sunny.
I looked down at my left arm and saw a bandage, covering it. There were small patches covering the upper part of my other arm.
Lord Voldemort, Killed Cedric Diggory and I wasn't able to stop it.
Remembering everything that happened made my headache even worse. I must have passed out after we came back from seeing Voldemort return.
Professor McGonagall walked into the hospital wing loudly, opening the doors, "Madam Pomfrey?" She tried to see where she was.
McGonagall then looked over to me, "Oh my goodness, Miss Potter. You're awake."
I smiled, but had a really confused look on my face, "What happened? Other than the Triwizard Tournament."
McGonagall walked over to me, "Well you were out cold by the time you were brought to the hospital wing. You were in a coma, for about three days Miss Potter."
"What's today?" I quickly asked.
"Today is June twenty sixth. Cedric's memorial is tonight by the way."
I was in complete shock, I went into a coma after being tortured by Voldemort, where were my friends?
"Am I allowed to leave?"
"You're probably going to have to talk to Madam Pomfrey about that. From the looks of it she is not here, so I will be going. Get well Miss Potter. I'm glad you're okay." She smiled.
I sighed, watching Professor McGonagall leave the room. I wasn't going to wait for Madam Pomfrey to come back from wherever she was, so I hopped off of the bed I was in...and immediately fell down.
I noticed that I was still wearing the clothing from the night of the third task, with the blood stains all over my white shirt.
I grabbed onto the bar of my hospital bed to help myself back up, once I finally stood up, my knees were weak and it was hard to keep balance.
I continued to try and walk, but I was going very slowly, only taking a few steps at a time. I guess I was still pretty weak after everything that happened.
Soon enough as I was in the middle of the room, a couple of students barged in as well.
I was glad to see that it was Erin, August, and Luna. I smiled at the sight of them. August had a huge look of relief.
I was about to fall down again, but August quickly ran over to me helping me up. He took my arm and placed it over his shoulder.
"I'm so glad to see that you're awake." He smiled.
"Oh Aly." Luna said, "We need to get you to our dorm room as soon as possible so you can change your clothes."
"Yeah, I know." I looked down at my bloody shirt.
Luna ended up helping me as well, as we walked throughout the hallway, people kept staring and whispering things about me. I chose to ignore it though.
We finally made it to the dormitories and August waited outside.
I slipped on some black ripped jeans and a hoodie, I wasn't exactly in the mood to get all dolled up considering the fact I could barely even walk.
I was about to continue walking, but then Erin came over offering my help.
"No, I need to walk on my own."
I walked, very slowly, but I managed to do so.
Once I was outside, August blushed at the sight of me.
"Where's Draco?" I asked.
"He could possibly be in his common room." Luna spoke.
I nodded, I was about to head off to there, but August lightly grabbed me by the shoulder, "You can barely even walk Alice, let Erin go over there and get him for you."
I looked at Erin, she seemed completely fine with the idea so I agreed.
Luna sat down on a couch and I just leaned against the wall next to August, with his arm around my shoulder so he could help me keep balanced.
"August, may I ask you a question?" I turned my head to look at him.
"You can ask me anything Alice."
"Do you fancy Erin?"
"No." He shook his head and laughed.
"Why not, she's really cool dude and you two seemed to be having a fun time at the Yule Ball back in December."
"Well yes, Erin is a fun girl, but I don't see her that way."
"Why the fuck not?" I looked at August as if I was looking at an idiot.
"I still love somebody else, and you know who I'm referring to."
I rolled my eyes and turned my head away, avoiding the uncomfortable eye contact, "You should get over me. Only idiots like me."
"You calling Malfoy an idiot?"
"Yes I am. I guess you're an idiot too, since you don't have a crush on Erin."
Draco and Erin finally entered the common room, Erin seemed terribly annoyed with his presence, but it did make me happy that she was always willing to make the sacrifice.
Draco's face lit up once his eyes met mine. He ran over to me, and pulled me away from August and brought me in a hug, "Alyssa I'm so glad to see that you're okay. How are you feeling?"
"My head hurts a bit and I can barely walk, but other than that I'm good."
