"Well..." Dream started...

Y/N's pov:
"We we're wondering if you wanted to join the SMP!" George butted in earning a 'GEORGGEEE!' from Dream. "WHAT THE FUCK!? ARE YOU SERIOUS? HOLY SHIT!" You shouted in disbelief. Everyone in the call laughed at your reaction, "Yeah we're serious, we think you'd be a great addition to the server" Dream continued. "OH MY GOD! THANK YOU! WTF-" you said before hearing the sound of Sapnap and George leaving, Dream saying a final 'no problem, bye' and him leaving too. It was now just you and Karl again.
"Did you hear that oh my god! Karl!"
"Yeah," Karl replied "umm y/n I have something to say."
"What is it?" You questioned "Well.. erm, I kinda asked if they would let you into the server after we played bedwars and they've been watching your past few streams to see how good of a player you are." Karl confessed. "What the hell- Karl you didn't have to do that omg you're crazy!"
"I know I know, but I knew they'd love you" He said. "Thank you so much Karl, seriously!" You said, your cheeks heating up being dusted with a light blush. Maybe you did like him, did he like you?

*time skip*

Karl's pov:
It had been a couple of days since I got y/n on the SMP and today was going to be their first day they were logging on. I was so excited to show them around and we'd agreed to call for an hour before at 7pm to plan out their stream.
*time skip to an hour before the stream cause I'm lazy 😂*
I opened up discord going to y/n's profile and calling them, I didn't realise I had pressed the FaceTime button instead of a normal vc and was taken by surprise when I saw that they answered, the top of their head visible at the bottom of the screen.

Y/N's pov:
It was an hour before the stream when I was going to first log onto the Dream SMP and show my followers I was joining the server, I couldn't wait. Me and Karl had arranged to call an hour before and as soon as it turned 7 I got an incoming cal from Karl, but this time it was a FaceTime. I looked at my pc screen and hesitated before answering the call. I didn't have my face fully on the camera, just the top of my head, I hadn't done a face reveal yet and didn't know if I wanted to just yet. "Oh shoot, I'm sorry y/n I didn't mean to FaceTime you we can go onto a normal cal if you want!" Karl quickly said but I interrupted him saying it was ok, just caught me off guard but I didn't mind. "Oh ok" he said, smiling slightly, "don't feel like you have to show your face it's ok I understand you haven't done a face reveal yet" he added on. He really is so sweet you thought, no y/n stop it, he's just your friend, why are you thinking these things. Little did you know, he was thinking the same.

Karl's pov:

Wow, I can't believe they actually answered the FaceTime call, I didn't expect them too but they seemed ok with it. "Are you ready for your first day on the SMP?" I asked changing the subject as I didn't want the blush that had started to appear on my face to grow darker and more noticeable to them. "Yes! I can't wait" they replied, I could tell they were smiling from their voice, if only I could see it... no Karl, stop you're just friends. You both talked about the stream for the next hour before y/n deafened and started their stream. "Hey everyone! Today I have a surprise for all of you so let's wait a few minutes to let the notification go out and everyone to get hear and I'll tell y'all!" they said to their chat which was quickly growing, 1k, 2k, 3k until it got to over 15k viewers. They'd told me before they only usually got 5k views and were clearly overwhelmed when they saw the amount of people on their stream as they said "holy shit! Hello all 15k of you what the hell!" The happiness in their voice made my face heat up again, I loved seeing them happy, it made me happy. I quickly snapped out of my trance as I heard my name mentioned, looking in the chat to see that y/n had explained what they were doing and that I would be showing them around the smp. They undeafened and said hi before I greeted their chat and we both logged onto the SMP.
