Anime: Hunter x Hunter

Softly humming under your nose you put some light make up on.

You needed to look fabulous on your little date with your Oreo. After all he always liked pretty girls and he loved your weight, so the power of god and anime is on your side.

You smiled when you heard someone knocking on your door. Adding the last layer of your perfume you opened the door to meet with Leorio holding your favorite flowers and trying to hide a small blush that rose on his face after he saw you.

So he likes your outfit, good. You giggled and kissed him on the cheek for a greeting. You quickly put the flowers in the vase and walked out of your room, door closing behind you.

As you started walking Oreo bashfully took a hold of your hand. You looked at him and squeeze his hand in response. It was going to be a great morning indeed.

You took Leorio to one of the popular cafés in the area, the one you choose named 'Titan café'.

You tugged him inside, choosing a small table in the far corner next to the window, so you could look out on the street. You hummed in content, looking through the menu that was placed on your table before you even sat down.

You were a bit nervous, but tried your best to not show it to your best friend/crush. What you didn't know was that Leorio was even more stressed than you and it was showing a bit more in his case, at least more than yours.

-So you took the Hunter Exam, right? Did you pass? – you wanted to catch up some more, because even all those hour yesterday weren't enough.

-Well yeah, but it was really hard...-that question started a long monologue about what happened on the spoken even and you were really surprised what could really happen on that kind of exams.

You asked smaller questions here and there. The worst part for you was to hear when he was speaking about the snakes that bit him. -...and then Killua's older brother was all like "You don't have the right to have friends."! The audacity of that guy, I swear...

You giggled softly at his expression, but the sweet moment was broken by a waiter that decided to finally show up to your table.

-Hello, my name is Jean. I will be your waiter for today. – he looked at the both of you and winked in your direction.

You would be able to live with it if the guy didn't look like a human horse, god dammit. You smashed you hand over you own mouth to keep your giggling inside. You cough to make the giggles go away and spoke first.

-I would like to have a [f/d] and [f/b/s]. Oh and a few [f/c] to go please! – you smiled brightly looking at Leorio.

-Sure thing, sweetheart. – he shoot you another wink. Then turned to Oreo and his expression became less happy – And you?

Okay, that was rude.

Leorio quickly gave his answer, feeling more and more angry while looking at the other guy. You only awkwardly smiled trying to get Leorio to speak again. After a few tries he started to talk again, especially about his medicine studies, which were terribly hard in his opinion.

Well, helping people comes with the prize. You smiled contently while looking at your childhood crush. He really was an amazing person.

And you didn't know, but Leorio was thinking the same about you. Happily you didn't see how distracted he was with you, because you were equally lost in him. A big smiles adored both of your faces as you were keeping the conversation a bit more lively.

Sadly, it ended quickly as the waiter, Jean, came back with your orders. He placed you things nicely while giving you, in his mind, a charming smile. It actually took every single ounce of strength in your body to not laugh at his face.

When he gave Leorio his order all of it almost flew of off the plate. That guy really started to get on your nerves. And just when you though he is going to just walk away that guy turned back to you making you really uncomfortable.

-So sweet cheeks. Would you like to go out with me? You're not going to find someone better looking than me. Plus you should ditch the old man you came here with. – he send you another 'charming smile'.

You almost gagged on air if it wasn't for the fact that you didn't want to cause commotion. Leorio on the other hand wasn't going to accept this happening just like that right in front of his eyes.

-Oi, buddy!

Jean quickly turned in his direction with a scowl.

-What? – he barked back.

-Live her alone you horse face. And if you really need to know she is already taken by me. She's my girlfriend and I don't want you harassing her. Or any other customer for that matter. If you won't leave I will inform you manager of you disturbing me and other people that came here to eat or drink something. not hear your poor excuse of flirting. – damn, when Oreo was serious he got even more handsome.

The waiter gulped loudly at the thought of dealing with Mr. Smith's wrath when he hears about him slacking of yet again and quickly left you table.

Leorio fixed his suit a bit and sat back with you. When he looked at you, you smiled at him with one of the biggest grin he saw from you in a long time along with a heavy blush covering your cheeks.

He took a small sip of his drink and looked at you. You still didn't say anything, so he decided to break the silence.

-What made you so happy?

-So I'm your girlfriend now. Good to know. Really good to know. Hehe..... – and you kept blushing.

Leorio on the other hand was dying when he finally realized what he had said to the flirty waiter. "My girlfriend" didn't sound so bad at all.
