"(Y/N)-sama! You're hurt!" Daki exclaimed as she and Gyuutarou inspected your wounds. "She poisoned you, didn't she?" Gyuutarou asked as you slowly nodded. "I'm fine." you replied.
"The snake can multiply if you sliced off its head." you stated as Akaza helped you stand up. "Ew, double gross." Daki commented as Dokubu appeared in front of you all.
"Oh my, what's this? Upper Moons 3 and 6, why are you helping her~?" Dokubu asked as she narrowed her eyes at the three demons. Your companions didn't reply as they glared at Dokubu.
"Not gonna talk? Oh well, Master will be displeased to know about this." Dokubu exclaimed as Asmodeus 1 and 2 appeared behind her. "Get them, boys." she ordered as the snakes headed towards you and your companions.
Daki and Gyuutarou stopped one while Akaza blocked the other. "We'll handle the snakes! Go and defeat Dokubu!" Akaza exclaimed as he pushed back the reptile.
"Go, (Y/N)-sama! We might not be able to kill them, but we can stop and distract them away from you!" Daki exclaimed as she was suddenly whipped away by the snake's tail. "Daki-chan!" you yelled as you saw her fly and crash on one of the buildings.
" 'Daki-chan!'. Oh my, how cute yet pathetic~" Dokubu mocked you as she let out a laugh. You looked at Dokubu with an blank expression as you took a stance. Dokubu summoned her daggers as she looked at you with a smirk.
"Now. Let's dance, Ice Pillar~!" Dokubu exclaimed. "With pleasure." you muttered as blood began to drip down your eyes. Dokubu sent out a barrage of daggers as they began to head towards you.
'Ice Breathing. Eighth form: Winter Dance.' you thought as you dodged the daggers that went to strike you and circled around Dokubu. "You can dodge them all you want but they won't stop until it reaches their targets." Dokubu said as she watched you run around her.
'That's strange... it's like she was just floating on air.' Dokubu thought as her eyes widened when you suddenly disappeared. Dokubu was surprised when you appeared in front of her. Dokubu pierced her hand through you but you disappeared. 'An after image?' Dokubu thought as you appeared behind her.
Eighth form: Winter Dance - the user will run around the area in incredible speed that you will see some of their after images. They will land multiple hits on their opponent as they glide around. The attacks will be able to slow down a demon's regeneration ability.
Dokubu was about to attack you when she saw her arm fell to the ground. You sliced off her other arm as Dokubu jumped away from you. Dokubu looked at her wounds and noticed they weren't regenerating normally. 'How? This kind of damage is quick to heal! What is this girl?' Dokubu thought as she noticed an trail of ice scattered around her body.
'Ice?' Dokubu thought as she suddenly felt the pain from the attacks. 'I see. So she managed to attack me while she was dodging the daggers.' Dokubu thought as blood poured out of her wounds and some were dripping down from her mouth.
Dokubu's eyes widened in shock when you suddenly went in front of her, blade aimed at her neck. You looked at the demon with an emotionless expression as your anger moved your body to quickly end her. 'I can do it. I just have to swing my blade down and slice off her neck.' you thought.
"(Y/N), breathe!"
Your eyes widened in shock when you heard Yoriichi's voice as you felt him shaking your shoulders.
You got out of your trance as you fell to your knees. You coughed violently as you tried to even your breathing.
"Humans are truly miserable creatures." Dokubu stated as she looked down at you. Her arms and wounds finally regenerated as she summoned a spear.
"No matter how desperate they get, they can only go so far. How sad~" Dokubu added as a wide grin appeared on her face.
"Your wounds aren't going to heal easily. And my poison is still coursing through your body that you can't even breathe properly. I want payback~ How about I slice off your head--" Dokubu was suddenly cut off when her head fell from her body.
"Wha....?" Dokubu mumbled out as you felt a presence in front of you.
"How dare you..... hurt her..."
A familiar voice exclaimed as you looked up to see Kokushibo. "Michi-nii....." you muttered.
"Upper Moon 1. What is the meaning of this?" Dokubu exclaimed as she attached her head back to her body.
Kokushibo didn't reply, making Dokubu annoyed. "Tch. Fine, don't talk." Dokubu said as she held out her arm to her side. "Asmodeus!" Dokubu called as you all saw the giant snake hiss and slither towards its master.
"You're in my way, Upper Moon 1. Move." Dokubu stated as Kokushibo unsheathed his blade.
