Summary: Kahiri Oriann is nothing special. Toiling each day on her father's farm and practicing archery as a hobby is the closest thing she can call a life. She aspires for more, but still waits for opportunity to present itself.

But when her village is attacked by a group of religious zealots and only her family survives, she learns that similar massacres have been occurring throughout the Kaborian Republic, and they show no sign of stopping. Something must be done before these violent men destroy the peace indefinitely...
