Our honeymoon was spend at a resort with a spa and all that rich people shit. I mean, don't get me wrong, I liked it, but I'm not used to stuff like that. Anyways, I liked it because Shawn was there, but both of us were already excited to go back home and be with our family.

It was good to be just the two of us for a while, but we both missed Riley so much and I guess she was missing us too because she called us every night from Karen's phone and told us how much she loves us. We were away from her for a few days, but it felt like forever.

When we came back home, she jumped in our arms and hugged us as tight as she could. We thanked Karen and Manny for taking care of her.

,,No need to thank us. You know we would do it over and over again." Karen said and gave us a smile.

,,But I want a reward..." Manny said.

,,What kind of a reward?" Shawn asked him.

,,A second grandchild..." Manny said.

If he knew...

Shawn and I decided to keep it to ourselves until the pregnancy is almost totally safe. We read about it and most people said that the best time to announce the pregnancy is after you can find out the gender, so that was also what we wanted to do. That time came pretty fast tho.

Time passed quickly and I was already 18 weeks pregnant and Shawn and I had an appointment to find out the gender in a few hours. During these 18 weeks, we hid the pregnancy, so good that almost no one noticed. Mary knew about the pregnancy scare and I told her that we wanted to try for a baby, so she was speculating something, but we didn't tell her anything.

I was surprised that I didn't have morning sicknesses during the pregnancy. I know Adi had some even when she didn't know she was pregnant yet. But I also know that Zara had none.

Anyways, I was almost 6 months pregnant and that meant I was close to my maternity leave. Shawn and I talked about it more during the past months and now that we had a new employee and a college student that was doing his internship at the praxis, we had enough people so that Shawn could work less after the baby was going to be born.

Riley was now 6 years old and she sometimes asked us if she could get a sibling because most of her classmates had one. We were happy about the fact that she wanted a sibling and knew that she will be excited when we're gonna tell her.

,,Riley, come on. You don't want Stacy and Logan to wait for you." I said and waited for her at the door.

,,I'm coming!" She said and ran to me with her backpack in her hand.

I was going to leave Riley with Addison for the next two hours, so that Shawn and I could go to the doctor appointment without worrying about her.

,,What is in your backpack?" I asked as I helped her to put it on.

,,Some of my dinosaurs. Stacy, Logan and I organized a dinosaurs meeting for today." She said and gave me a big smile.

,,That sounds interesting." I said and we made our way out of the apartment.

Riley held my hand in hers on the way to Addison and was telling me all kind of stories. I loved the relationship Riley had with me and Shawn. She would tell us literally everything and I hoped that it's gonna stay that way when she's going to be older.

,,Camila? Is that you?" I heard someone calling from behind right when Riley and I arrived at Addison's building. I turned around and couldn't really place the person that was standing in front of me.
