She looked at Niki. "So soon?" She asked as the smaller girl nodded. "You would've never left if I gave you time to think about it." That was true, Lia would've fought her. She didn't have a car though, so she didn't know how she'd get around.

Her phone started to vibrate and it was Dream. She looked at Niki who gave her a look. She felt tears well up in her eyes. She hadn't spoken to Dream in two months, she refused to speak to Sapnap. Niki handed Dahlia the phone and she took it. She fought the tears, memories she tried her hardest to hide away came flooding back and she almost didn't answer but Niki hit accept.

"Hello?" The Floridian man said into the phone suspiciously. Dahlia looked at Niki scared. "Hello.. Dream." She replied after a minute. "Dahlia I'm so glad you're alive. I've been worried sick. Sapnap is here if you want to talk to him?" He tried and Lia remained silent as the world swayed. She looked at Niki in fear as she dropped the phone, and gripped the bed.

Niki watched in shock and grabbed onto the female who ended up passing out.

She woke up hours later to a rag on her forehead and saw Niki sitting in a chair. "Are you alright?" She asked in which Dahlia nodded slightly. "I-I panicked and got overwhelmed. My body shut down. I don't think I'll be able to do it Niki." Dahlia confessed. "You'll be okay. Sapnap didn't want to talk either. He knows you don't want to  speak to him." She replied in which broke Dahlia even more.

She knew that she'd never forgive herself if she didn't take the flight tomorrow. "Dream knows you're coming back tomorrow but didn't tell Sapnap." She told her in which Lia nodded before closing her eyes and sleeping until morning.

The night passed quickly, which was unfortunate. She stood up and packed the clothing her and Niki had bought together and walked out of her room after cleaning the room and fixing her appearance. For the first time in ages, she attempted to make herself look presentable. She sighed deeply before giving Niki a hug. Both of them broke down knowing that this would likely be the last time they hung out in person for quite a while.

Lia was sobbing, not wanting to leave the person who stayed with her, who cared for her while she was in the deepest point in her life. When she was in the hospital for ages. Now, she had to leave to speak with the person who did this to her. She wasn't prepared and was ignoring Dream. She didn't want to talk to him before she would see him in person.

After they were able to calm down, she said her final goodbyes before being driven to the airport. She'd said goodbye to everyone else as well. The drive was a good two hours. She finally made it, wanting to turn back and not go back to America. She walked into it, and then had to wait for her flight.

Five more hours passed and then she was in America again. She grabbed her bags, and called an Uber. She sat down outside the busy airport and was focusing on her breathing. For the first time in two months she'd see the people that she had been avoiding the most, wasn't very enjoyable to say the least.

The Uber arrived and she got in to start the drive to see Dream and Sapnap. She looked out the window and watched as her surroundings passed by her, she ended up sleeping until they arrived. She was well rested at this point and spotted Dream and Sapnaps cars. She grabbed her bag and got out, thanking the driver and looking at the door uncomfortablely. Here goes nothing.

She knocked on it, and after a few long seconds Dream answered. He was taken aback. She sheepishly smiled and was pulled into a hug, a comforting hug. She missed this, as much as she told herself otherwise. She began sobbing into him, he held onto her for ages, she didn't want to cry more but Dream meant a lot to her, she just couldn't handle speaking to someone close to.. him.

Minutes were spent as she cried into him, apologizing for everything, even things that weren't her fault. She finally calmed down enough and pulled away from his embrace to wipe her eyes, which he ended up doing as well. She looked behind him to notice that Sapnap had just walked around the corner to see her standing there. Shock overtook his features, hurt, then guilt. She felt her heart beat pick up.

Dream turned to see him and looked guilty. "She... came here to see us. To talk." He explained and the Texan just stared. "Dahlia." He started. Tears came flowing again but she didn't move. Her heart broke all over again, and Sapnap could see it. The way it proved itself on her face. Dream took a step back but neither moved a step. They just stared at each other, hurt on each other's face.

He knew she didn't want to come here, she didn't want to speak to him at all. That day, he knew he lost her. When Dream called him panicking saying she left and wasn't answering, he knew that day he fucked up and would never get her back.

They held eye contact as all her emotions spilled out in front of him. The day Niki told them her heart stopped, his heart broke. His heart stopped. He'd never admit that he felt broken to anyone, just refused to stream until he and Lia made up, which stayed true to its word. When he found out she lived, that moment he had never felt so relieved, so happy. He could make things right.

He kept fucking up though and made things worse. She ignored him constantly. He took the guest step, in which had Dream walk out of the room. Lia stepped into the threshold and flew into his arms, not caring about anything. She and him fell to the floor as he held her tight, unspoken words were spoken that moment. She sobbed into him harder than Dream, having to cover her mouth with her hand as she sobbed hard.

Sapnap held onto her tight, crying quietly as she let out her pain, they sat on the floor both crying. Lia gripped onto Sapnap harder as her entire body shook. She couldn't breathe from the way she was sobbing. She was finally running out of the ability to cry and calmed down a bit but was still breathing heavy and sniffling. She looked at him and pulled away, wiping her face for the third time while he did the same thing. "I'm sor-" He began but she cut him off and glared at him.

"You're an asshole. You're a fucking asshole and I know you know. I know it's been eating you up, I know you can't stand the way that you left without letting me explain, how you nearly killed me. Well.. not literally but you get it." She laughed, looking at him, and sighing. "I could never hate you, being away from you hurt more than you leaving me." She added on not letting him speak. "I know you felt just as much pain when you found out I wasn't coming back home." She told him and he started at her, his emotions unreadable.

"I can't hate you? You know why? Do you want to fucking know why? Because I love you. Whole heartedly I love you with my entire being Sapnap." She blurted before realizing what she'd said. It was now or never, there was no going back. "You're my person. You know what though? It'll never be the same. Why? Because you never gave me a chance to speak. You didn't trust me." She added on, seeing hurt cloud his features which gave her more confidence. "But the scary part, I'm scared to love you. To get back together with you. I don't want you to run away, because then, I will truly die." She told him and sat back, breathing even more heavy. This was his cue to speak. He watched her though.

His eyes remained unreadable again and he sighed. "Okay, I get it." He said and she narrowed her eyes getting ready for his excuse. "I love you too Dahlia. So much more than you'd ever know. I would never admit this though, I would do anything for you. Living here while you were in California miles away from me with him visiting you all the time made me self conscious." He confessed. It was his turn to talk now, get his feelings out. "I thought you'd leave me forever, so I left first."
