I have a few things to say. You might be wondering what that epilogue was all about but if you paid attention while reading this book, you will see the essence of the epilogue. I had to bring Ebun into the picture in some way because a portion of this entire story was related to her case.
The only reason why her case had to even be in this story is because it is related to Yemisi's family in a deeper way. I shouldn't even be giving this explanation because it's quite obvious but if you want to have a bigger picture of the rape case, you should read the sixth book in my series titled, The Hidden Toxin.
It's not even a suggestion, it's a recommendation because if I'm suggesting, then it means you don't have to read it and you can do fine without the story but you have to read The Hidden Toxin for more details.
And here's why: The Hidden Toxin is Ebun's story.
This is not to say that The Hidden Toxin is a spin off of The Turbulence. It's just that Yemisi and Ebun have strong affiliations and for you to have a big picture without any questions or confusion, you should read one book for you to fully understand the other because there are somethings I've written in this book that I might not need to repeat in The Hidden Toxin.
The only way you can know what happened in between is if you read both books. I was going to make Ebun meet Gaius in the epilogue but figured to leave it for The Hidden Toxin as this book is designed to focus only on Yemisi.
The Hidden Toxin is available on wattpad and you can go ahead to read it. It's ongoing.
So yes! That's pretty much all I have to say.
You've come to the end of The Turbulence, The first book in The Our Side of The Dice Series! Thank you so much for reading this book and I hope you enjoyed it. I think I have a few questions to ask just to have a detailed report of what you think and feel about this book.
• Judging from the other books you've read in this series plus this book, Do you think Yemisi is indeed a control freak or she's just overprotective?
• Did you find Gifty's plight relatable? Did her story accurately portray the adverse effects of low self-esteem and the quest for validation from other people? (You can also review her relationship with Zion in your comments)
• Do you like Gaius? Did his remorseful behavior make you uncomfortable?
• Can you marry a man that is scared of his mother?
• What do you think about Christopher as a husband?
• What details did I leave out in this book? Did I leave any questions unanswered. (If yes, state them. I'll answer them. If it's worth a detailed explanation, I'll have to create a miscellaneous extra book to do justice)
• Who is your favorite character in this book aside Yemisi?
• What are your honest thoughts on Yemisi's character? Criticize her person if she has any flaws or if I made any of her flaws visible.
• Did I build the characters in this book well? (I'm not talking about character development.)
• Kiss, Kill, or Marry. - Karen, Miss. Rico, and Myron.
• Rate this book from 1-100%
See you in my next book, The Achilles Heel. Bye!
Yours Affectionately,
The Dream Elixir.
