Mikey's Twin

Chapter 32

"Seems like you're conscious now. Brother in law." Was all Baji heard as he wakes up dizzy.

He finds himself tied up as Mikey's long blonde hair make him look mature despite his short figure, but that wasn't the main issue now as he turns his head back to see Sanzu with a gun pointed as his head.

Maria's "brothers", Ran and Rindo stand behind Mikey as they stared intently at him.

"So then, I'll start. Why the fuck were you fucking another woman when Maria is married to you and is pregnant?" Mikey snatches Sanzu's gun out of his hand as he shoves it against Baji's head, pissed and fuming.

The shocked looks on the Haitani brothers' faces told him that Mikey didn't tell them this was why they were summoned here.

Rindo walks forward but was pulled back by Ran despite the burning look of rage on his face. He was always the calm brother who had a lazy smile on his face. Now he looks utterly pissed and mad.

"Baji, tell me, or I'm going to shoot you to protect Maria and her child." Mikey orders as he grinds the gun into his head.

"Then do it."

"Huh?"

"Kill me then. It wasn't like Maria is that good anyways, she's going to die soon."

Bang

The sound of a gun being fired echoes throughout the building as Baji's ear was bleeding rapidly.

"I'll give you one more chance. Tell me why you cheated on my sister." Mikey says as he holds Baji's neck tightly in his left hand and has the gun pressed against Baji's head in his right.

Sanzu, Ran and Rindo stood in a corner silently.

"Is that the best you can do? Shoot my ear?" Baji laughs crazily as his sharp canines reflected in the dim light of this hideout.

"I only cheated on Maria because she's a shit fuck and is going to die soon. Just kill me already. I can't even bear to think she has my child." Baji sneers as Mikey pulls the trigger and didn't miss his target this time.

Sanzu helps Mikey up as he wobbles shakily. He looks to the side sad and struggles to not cry. His best friend since childhood is dead. If Draken was here, would he have comforted and approved of his actions?

Mikey feels so dirty and done, all he wanted is to protect his last living relative.

His twin.

His equal.

Maria's POV

The child in my belly kicked my stomach again as I chuckled sadly. "You miss your father don't you? He should be home soon." I said as I stood up and waddled over to the fridge and found the strawberry cheesecake ice cream I craved for as I took it and placed it on the table. Kuro meowed softly beside me as the bell tied around his neck doesn't jingle.

"Now then, where's my spoon?" I mumble just as my phone rings loudly. Who would even call me at this time? I wondered as I saw Fuyuka's name on the screen and accepted her call.

"Maria! Get out of your house now! I'm coming over to you! Run!" She yells just as the door to my house got busted down and several huge guys entered.

Did the security guards die or something ?

"They really didn't lie. This pregnant woman is really a beauty." The one in the lead say as I opened one of the kitchen drawers before me. Kuro stayed by my side as he was hissing madly at them.
