Alright, Crabbe and Goyle are stupid. That is not a house trait otherwise that house would be overflowing with members. How they were placed in Slytherin I will never comprehend (Joanne what the fuck), it was simply to further the whole "eViL hOuSe muAhAhAhAhAaAAAaA" and establish slytherin dynasties. Crabbe and Goyle SENIOR may be true Slytherins, (I haven't got enough info on them to tell) but the whole point is to really highlight the whole evilness of moldy-voldy and his supporters within the snakey house.
Vince and Greg have pretty much zero personality but the single consistent thing these two dingalings do (besides eating and being idiots) is cater to the slimy, hair-gelled ferret that is Draco Malfoy. One could say that is loyalty (realistically it would be loyalty out of fear, Lucius Malfoy is no cupcake)
Crabbe and Goyle are two of many characters in this series that genuinely don't fit particularly in any house, they're most certainly not wise and witty, not brave nor chivalrous, too stupid to be ambitious or cunning, and they have zero sense of fair play or justice. The closest we can get is loyalty, and even that is a stretch. My ideal recommendation for the author who cannot seem to actually write her characters in accordance with the labels she assigns them would be to create a fifth house for those poor characters she doesn't care to develop/put effort into, because lets be honest here, AMBITIOUS? SHREWD?? CUNNING??? STRONG LEADERS???? Oh no no no no no, this CANT BE RIGHT.
I rest my case on this, these two have exactly one trait (kind of) from any of four houses, so based on that, my sincerest apologies to my fellow Hufflepuffs, please welcome our newest members, dumb and dumber.
