For the next few months Haru watched All-might train her best-friend at the beach park, which kept getting cleaner and cleaner as time went on. The girl herself was also training, after asking her family to recommend her. They were all surprised since the girl had already expressed her disinterest for the school, but also happy since all her siblings had tried to convince her to apply there but she had refused saying that she didn't want to put in the effort.
So now the girl was tirelessly studying and practicing her quirk, since she knew that the recommendation exam was harder than the original. Though she was careful not to overwork herself, unlike someone else. She had noticed the dark bags under Izuku's eyes and wasn't surprised since she knew the boy would overwork himself.
She had already informed All-might of this incase it wasn't incredibly obvious. And he probably gave him a pep-talk about it since he was fine a few days later, though still slightly drowsy.
On the morning of the exam the girl arrived at the beach park at the same time as All-might to find Deku standing on top of a mountain of trash screaming his lungs out.
As the duo looked around the beach, they saw it was completely clean and practically sparkling.
" Holy crap, Izuku." She spoke realizing that he did it all last minute.
"You even cleaned outside the area I told you to. Seriously there's not one speck of trash left on this beach." Spoke all-might amazed by the sight before him.
"Holy, stinking..." Spoke the blonde as he began shaking, "Super crap!" He spoke now in his muscle form before running past the girl and catching his successor who had fallen off the pile he was standing on. "Excellent work!"
"You finished everything, Izuku. You did it! " She spoke in a proud tone.
" Do you think I'm ready now?" The boy asked in tired tone.
"Yeah. You did good, kid. I gotta say I'm impressed, I know you had it in you but this is beyond." All-might spoke with a wide grin before pulling his phone out and turning towards the azure eyed girl and showing her a picture. "Look at this."
She let out a snort at the image on the screen.
"Is this-?"
"It's him, crying, ten months ago. Look how far he's come, such improvement." He admitted as the girl grabbed the phone and sent the picture to herself, while he turned back to Izuku.
"There's still a long road ahead of you before you can inherit my full power, but it's starting to look like you can do it." As he referred to the literal mountains the boy moved.
Izuku looked at his palm as his lower lip trembled before speaking. "All-might..do I deserve this?.. Are you sure?"
"Hm?"
"You put so much time and energy into helping me.. how did I end up so lucky?" He spoke now full-on crying.
All-might let out a laugh at this before slapping the boys back, " It was your hard-work that did this, not mine. Now, for you reward, Izuku Midoriya."
The boy sniffled before letting out a quick "Yes sir."
The girl wasn't confused when her uncle plucked a hair out from his head since he had already explained to her how One for all was passed down.
"Someone once told me this : "There's difference between being lucky and deserving, one's an accident, the other a reward. Never get the two confused" Take that to heart young man. This gift you've earned with you're own valiant effort." Haru was confused since this was a phrase her mother would tell her at times, but decided to shrug it off for now.
" Eat this." He spoke holding his hair in-front of the boy.
"Huh?" The boy asked with a completely dumb-founded expression.

" Worries, worries worries and more worries. Relax Izuku you'll probably get in on rescue points." She told the boy in a care-free attitude as she stirred the ice in her drink.
Currently Haruka Kanzaki was being told about how her best-friend's exam went.
"But I only saved one person, how is that going to be enough to get in?"
"Ah, yes this one person, who according to you is a really nice girl." She teased the boy, emphasizing on the girl, as she changed the subject, fed up with the boy's unnecessary worrying.
" I-it's not like that I swear! We-we only just met a-and we probably won't see e-each other agai-" The boy stuttered turning into a tomato as he shot out of his seat his arms flying everywhere.
The raven haired girl in-front of him let out a laugh at this as she covered her mouth. "Relax Izu I'm just teasing."
"Oh, sorry. You got your results right? How'd you do? " He asked remembering the reason he was there in the first place.
" Well I got in, just barely. I thought I was gong to die in the written exam." She spoke while an invisible sign pointed to her that said 'Also happened to come first in the written exam.'
The boy smiled brightly at this before hugging the girl " Congratulations Haru-chan."

"I told you." Haru spoke over the phone to Izuku after the boy told her how he got in on rescue points.
" 1-A huh, looks like were in the same class." She informed him.
"Really!?" The boy asked and the girl, despite being on audio call, could practically see the bright sparkle in his eyes.
"Yup, so you're going to be stuck with me for 6 hours a day. And who knows you might see a certain brunette again." She teased.
"Haru-chan!!" He yelled over the phone.
After calming down the boy spoke again. "Kacchan, got in too and he's in the same class as us."
"Bakugo, huh? Can't say I'm surprised, that porcupine had a lot of potential back when we were kids though I guess now he's going to use it for something other than bullying." She replied in a nonchalant tone.
The boy on the other end sweat dropped at the 'porcupine', knowing that the ash-blonde wouldn't have had a nice reaction if he heard her say that.
"Well anyways time for dinner. Talk to you later. Byee."
"W-Wait Haru-chan-!"
