Amnesia [Lashton] Sequel to YDHMC

After they had all agreed, Calum left the room for the kitchen to begin collecting up all of the sharp objects he could find. Michael said goodnight to Luke, and then carefully picked up Ashton, and carried him through to his room. He lay Ashton down in the bed, and pulled the covers up over him. Ashton stirred, his eyes opening slightly. Michael kissed the top of his head.

"I'm just going to see Calum for a moment," He whispered, and Ashton nodded faintly, closing his eyes again."I'll be through soon. Night, Ash."

Michael closed the door behind him as he too headed through to the kitchen, where he found Calum. Calum looked over from the table, where he was sitting, when he noticed Michael's presence. He offered him a small smile, but Calum didn't return it.

Michael took a seat at the opposite end of the table. When he looked over at Calum, he noticed that he looked like he was about to cry."Hey," Michael said calmly, reaching over and taking Calum's hands in his."We'll be okay, Cal. We're sorting everything, don't worry."

"What if... What if we lose them, Michael? What if we can't help them? What if Ash dies?! You saw how he was today, what if we can't keep him here for a few weeks? And even then, he's going to remember everything. That includes how he felt about himself, how much he wanted to die. It's just going to go back to the way it was, Michael. We can't help them forever."

"Stop it," Michael ordered, his voice stern but soft."Cal, stop it. We'll get Ashton help. Luke will have him back. They'll be in love, and Luke will be able to help him again."

"But Ash will be so angry! He'll know that we didn't tell him about him and Luke being together," Calum pointed out.

Michael sighed sadly. He stood up and walked over to Calum, then knelt down in front of him, keeping Calum's hands in his."We'll deal with that when it comes to it. But for now, all we can do is wait."

Calum whimpered, a few tears dripping down his cheeks. Michael shook his head, and brushed the tears away with his thumb. He cupped Calum's cheek in his hand, and Calum watched him, confused.

"Cal, I don't like seeing you upset like this," Michael admitted, frowning."I want to make you happy."

"Michael, what are you..?"

His words were cut off when he felt Michael's lips press against his. Calum's eyes widened immediately. Michael was... kissing him? He immediately pushed Michael off of him, staring at him with wide eyes.

"Cal -"

"What the fuck?!" Calum yelled, standing up. He headed for the door, but Michael grabbed a hold of his arm.

"Cal, wait -"

Calum shook him off, sending him a glare, then proceeded back up to his room. He slammed the door, and sank down it, sighing frustratedly.

Calum's only problem was: He'd actually liked it.
