"What happened?!" Michael cried, running up to the stretcher. A doctor grabbed his shoulders, holding him back whilst he cried helplessly.
"Sir, I'm afraid you'll have to step back," The doctor ordered.
Michael wanted to argue, but just at that moment, he saw Ashton. And Ashton was in the same position as Calum, except there was no blood. Well, no visible blood. Doctors were wheeling him the sane way as Calum, yelling,"His internal bleeding has returned! Get him to resus now!"
Michael didn't know what to do. His best friend and boyfriend were about to die right in front of him. He wanted to get Luke. He wanted him to know what was going on and get some sort of support. But he couldn't leave the both of them. Not now.
Michael was forced to wait outside the resus room, only able to see what was going on through the windows. Ashton and Calum both had machines slowly pumping blood back into their bodies. Ashton was still unconscious, whereas Calum seemed to be awake. Distraught and terrified, but awake. That made Michael feel a little better.
At least Calum seemed to have a fighting chance.

"You shouldn't go into see them right yet," the doctor warned Michael, who was still standing outside the resus room after ten minutes."They're not really up for talking right now. If they have any other relatives, you should go and try to get a hold of them."
Michael nodded. He was too tired to even think about arguing. He just knew he had to find Luke.
Inside the room, both Calum and Ashton were awake. And both were dreaming of death.
"We could end this right now, you know," Ashton said a while after the doctors left.
Calum looked confused."How? I've already tried, Ash. We're in a hospital. It's near impossible."
"But not impossible. Cal, neither of us have a safe amount of blood in us. We pull out what's pumping blood into us, grab a scalpel each and that's it. We're done."
Calum was silent for a moment. He reached over to the tray holding the scalpels and took two, holding them in his hands."Together?"
He chucked one over to Ashton. Ashton's eyes brightened at the sight of the metal. Both boys cut the wires, stopping them from regaining any more blood.
Ashton nodded."Together."
And they both dragged the scalpels across their wrists.
At that moments, both Luke and Michael ran into the room. They screamed helplessly for doctors, who came rushing through almost immediately.
But Ashton was right. They never had enough blood in their bodies. And with the speed they were losing blood at, both having cut multiple veins, the doctors couldn't stop either of them from driftib away slowly.
Calum and Ashton had gotten what they wanted. They could both become angels to protect their other halves.

Sorry this took so long to update/finish. I lost motivation a few times.
And, erhem, I had a bit of boy trouble...
Anyways, in case you didn't realise, this book is now officially over. Ash and Cal got what they wanted, Luke and Michael lost their boyfriends.
Sorry for being a depressing person. I'm like that in real life. Don't judge.
Now, I officially only have one more book. All of my time will be dedicated to that.
For the (probable) last time from this book:
Love ya'll! :D
Bye!!!!! xxx
