Rio: "Wow check out all the people"
In curiosity he flys ahead as I'm barely able to keep up
Y/n: "Come on Rio slow down I can't keep up"
I run looking up at him flying around making sure I follow him so I don't loose him. As I'm just about to catch up I bump into someone causing us both to fall.
Old man: "My bread"
He says worried and weakly trying to find his bread thats scattered around the floor. I take note of the situation quickly as I rush over to him in panic.
Y/n: "Oh...I'm so sorry I didn't mean to bump into you are you alright"
Frantic I quickly gather his pieces of bread and put them into the bag they fell out of. Moving towards him I grab onto his arm.
Y/n: "Here let me help you out old man"
'Great I just got into town and already caused trouble I hope they won't kick me out I'm starving'
I thought to myself while helping him up. I handed him his bag of bread quickly and frantic I took a bow in apology.
Y/n: "I'm so sorry old man I didn't see you honest PLEASE don't kick me outta here"
*laughing*
Old Man: "kick you outta here?, you young people these days"
He says smiling warmly at me, making me relax
*relieved*
Y/n: "So your not gonna get me kicked out?"
Old man: "Goodness no even if I could I dont have to power to do so"
He says to reassure me making me drop my guard knowing he can be trusted
Y/n: "REALLY thats a relief thank you old man"
Saying as I "cry" grabbing his hand and shaking it frantically. As I notice a shadow over me
Rio: "Just couldn't stay outta trouble could you"
*offended*
Y/n: "Shut up, I wouldn't be in this situation if your wouldn't have flown ahead"
*indifferent*
Rios: "I'm sorry what"
Y/n: "OH YOU HEARD ME!"
As we continue to go back and forth forgetting about the old man watching the whole situation
Old man: "My my you must be an exceed"
We stop mid argument and looked at him confused
Rio & Y/n: "A exceed??!"
Old man: "why yes isn't that what you flying talking cats are called"
He asks confused making us think he is suspecting us of something terrible
Y/n & Rio: "AN EXCEED YES"
