Y/n: "W-well I like to read"

As I scratched the back of my head in embarrassment she grabs my free hand beaming as she leads me to a non broken table as we sit down

Lucy: "No way I do too"

As she begins to talk about the books she has read I listen as I dont normally socialize with anyone besides Rio

'This is nice'

Lucy: "So tell me which books have you read"

Y/n: "W...well I don't know i dont remember the names but I read when the books are interesting passes the time when your traveling"

As I'm rarely asked questions of myself I answer with all honesty as she continues to talk she stops and stares at me

Lucy: "Hey do you have anywhere to stay tonight"

Looking at her concerned face I force a smile

Y/n: "I'm sure I'll find some where me and Rio can stay"

As I continue the force smile hoping she switches the topic she suddenly smiles and beams in excitement

Lucy: "I just had a great idea we can become roommates"

As stars form in her eyes I try to refuse thinking ill be intruding

Y/n: "No no I couldn't do that after all you must like your home and want your space ill be intruding along with Rio I can't"

As I wave my hand around frantic as I speak quickly trying to get everything out before she speaks

Lucy: "Your right i do like my space though everyone seems to just break into my house it'll be nice to have company i actually enjoy"

Y/n: "I..I don't know after all it is me and Rio I don't wanna..."

Lucy: "Come on y/n it'll be fine"

As she begs with her two hands together I just couldn't say no

Y/n: "Alr but I want to pay rent if I'm moving in I don't wanna live off free"

As I smile she lunges at me with a hug

'Too close'

Lucy: "YAY it'll be fun we'll do eachothers hair every night and gossip about anything we want"

As she squeals im taken back by the sudden hug tho I try to relax

'Yea this is real nice'

As she releases me she grabs my hand dragging me out towards the guilds exit as Rio and happy fly over Natsu blocks her

Natsu: "Were do you think you're taking my sister"

He questions as she realeses me I stumble back

Lucy: "You mean my roommate she's staying with me"

Natsu: "Huh that's not fair she should stay with me and happy"

Meanwhile as I try to balance myself I bump into someone I felt safe

Y/n: "sor..."

Its him the dark blue haired boy as I look up trying to apologize he glares down at me pushing me off him as I stumble forward he walks out the guild followed by a light blue haired woman

'The hell is his problem'

As I look at them walking out I wanna tell him off I take a step forward as a arm suddenly grabs me pulling me towards them

Lucy: "Well she already agreed to staying with me isn't that right y/n"

Shocked I say out of breath

Y/n: "Y-yea"

Lucy: "See"

Natsu: "W...well then I'm coming to"

Lucy: "no your not come on y/n"

As she drags me out the guild were followed by natsu and happy as Rio just wants to sleep he follows at this point not caring where he stays outside a nice building Lucy releases me as I drop to the floor she turns to natsu

Lucy: "This is as far as you go"

She sticks out her hand letting them know she won't let them in

Natsu: "Come on I have to stay by her side"

As I snap out of it I get up quickly knowing my brother just wants to keep me safe I smile reassuring him

Y/n: "Its ok natsu ill be fine with Lucy tomorrow morning you'll see me ill be ok"

As I look him in the eye letting him know this is something I want happy sees and agrees

Happy: "Yea natsu she'll be fine come on lets go home"

And with that he finally gives in

Natsu: "Fine I guess I have no choice"

He sighs in defeats he walks away sulking before giving me one last smile

Natsu: "Sleep well sis I'll come get you tomorrow"

And with that I smile back seeing him walk away as me and Rio follow Lucy to her home. As she opens the door its a cute little apartment as she walks to her drawer she takes out 2 sets of clothes handing me one.

Lucy: "Here you can change into these since its late we'll have to get you a bed another day for now we'll share mine"

I accept the clothes and change into them taking the scarf out my pocket i wrap it around my neck making me feel at ease after getting into the right side of the bed she tells me goodnight before falling asleep as Rio makes himself comfortable at my feet above the sheets I let out a tired sigh as I doze off thinking of everything that happened all in one day.
