𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱

❝ WHAT THE FUCK, Y/N-SAN ?! ❞

the female laughs at akaashi's words, her lips turning into a bright smile as she places her hands on her hips. "you had to see your face!"

"you can't just say such things like that! it makes me feel awkward," the male mumbles, his cheeks bright red because of the comment one of his friends just made. he should've been used to it by now, but every time that y/n makes inappropriate comments, he still gets flustered and never knows if she means it or not.

"are you bullying akaashi-kun again, y/n-chan?" kaori says, placing the water bottles down on the ground next to the court.

the (h/c) haired female shakes her head, chuckling slightly. "of course not, right keiji-kun? i would never bully my best bud!"

y/n wraps her arm around the taller male his shoulder, her standing on her tiptoes while doing so. she ruffles akaashi's hair and smiles, then letting go of him and placing a peck on his cheek. "sorry, keiji-kun! i won't do it again."

"she says that every time, but it never ends with her," kaori mumbles, sighing to herself because of her friend.

akaashi scoffs, fixing his hair because of y/n her behaviour. he really should've been used to it by now, but he just can't wrap his head around the fact that she makes comments like these.

"why don't you get on the court?" kaori asks akaashi, pointing at the field where the rest of fukurodani's volleyball team is practicing already.

akaashi nods to his manager and runs on the field. while doing so, he looks at the other manager and his friend y/n one more time, shaking his head a little. he should change his reactions, because otherwise she will never stop.

the said female throws a ball in the air, "come on konoha-kun! spike that ball!" she says, smiling as konoha hits the ball like y/n intended to, already having forgotten the conversation she had with akaashi a few minutes before.

"alright team, gather around!" fukurodani's coach, yamiji, shouts to the team. everyone follows his orders, standing around him. most of them wipe their foreheads, drink some water, or chat around with one another before they're completely silent.

y/n, kaori and yukie are standing next to the couch, all with something in their hands. kaori is holding a little notebook, y/n is holding some printed papers that seem like flyers, and yukie is holding a clipboard in her hands. they're all smiling bright.

"what's going on?" komi asks, frowning a little at his managers and the coach. they're all smiling, because what they're about to say will bring joy to the whole team.

"summer is coming up," the coach says, looking at all the boys in the volleyball team. "and we have the interhigh qualifying rounds in august, which we have to train hard for if we want to go to nationals."

"and win!" bokuto screams, to which he earns a excited smile from y/n. she would love to see her team win nationals this year. it's the last year for most of them, so that would be amazing to see.

the coach nods, "yes, that too, bokuto. but we have some months before the nationals, which brings me to the news i'm about to tell you."

everyone is waiting, ready for the coach to tell them what's on his mind. the managers already know what's going to happen, and they can't wait to see the reaction of the teams.

"we have some free time in july. that being said, the coaches of nekoma and karasuno and i, thought it would be a great idea to plan a summer camp. you guys know the two teams and it would be great to have this opportunity to train with each other."

now it's y/n's turn to hand out the papers that she was holding. she walks around the team and gives everyone one of her papers while talking.

"we'll be renting a house close to the beach, with a few gyms next to it. the place is pretty, the weather is nice, and it's out of town. we'll be there for quite some time, so you guys need to pack a lot of clothes! pictures and information about the trip can be found on the flyer that i gave you –which i made myself by the way so be nice about it– so you have an idea of what you can expect in july!"

everyone on fukurodani's team widens their eyes, "this is amazing!" konoha screams out, to with komi nods. "totally, man!"

"it's not until next month that we'll leave, but we wanted to tell you guys anyway. we thought everything through, and booked everything already. so clear your calendars, and add this trip to it!"

kaori smiles while saying those words, then pointing at her notes. "if you've got any questions, ask me, because i got everything figured out already."

"and you can all scream if you'd like, because we're just as excited as you are, guys."

and to yukie's words, everyone starts to scream excitedly. bokuto can't stop smiling and jumping next to akaashi, who has a resting face while looking at the flyer in his hands.

will this trip be a total disaster, or something that they'll never forget? maybe even both, but akaashi can't wait to be home already.
