When Mystery Inc. and Team SSSN hear about a series of dognappings, they start to investigate. But when Scooby is dognapped, mistaken for another dog, the gang track him to a secret hideout in the desert where they face a witch doctor and a ghostly...
Later, while walking, they suddenly came across a vehicle that started up, kciking up an unusual amount of smoke.
"Wow! Look at that truck smoke!" Shaggy comments
While there was smoke, something cut the leash shaggy had and Scooby was heard yelping, "RHelp! RHelp! RHelp!!!"
"Scooby! They got him!!!" Shaggy yelped, seeing the leash was cut
As the truck got moving, Shaggy gave chase as Scooby was heard yelping.
"I'm coming, Scooby, i'm coming!!!" Shaggy calls out, realizing he can't catch the dognappers on foot. "I'll never catch them this way!"
Shaggy then spots a friend of his at a gas station as he ditched the disguise, satill having his normal clothes on under it.
"Charlie! Charlie!!" Shaggy called out, coming to a stop

Charlie is a Caucasian male that has black hair. He wears a dark green jumpsuit with a pale blue shirt underneath. He also wears a dark green hat, and black shoes.
"You got any wheels I can burrow?" Shaggy asks. "This is an emergency!"
"Just my motor scooter." Charlie responds
Shaggy rushes off on the said motor scooter.
"THANKS MAN!!!!" Shaggy calls out Scooby's position.
Back on Beach Blvd. Team SSSN, Fred, Velma, and Daphne were in the Mystery Machine, trying to track Scooby's position.
"Well, here's Beacn Blvd." Fred comments
"But no sign of Shaggy OR Scooby." Sun adds, looking around
Velma was on a computer in the back that had Scooby's position on it.
"That transmitter on Scooby's collar is moving awfully fast." Velma comments. "The dognappers must have Scooby!!"
"Okay, here's our chance." Neptune says. "Here we go!"
Meanwhile, Shaggy was hot on the trail of the dognappers.
"RHELP!!! RHELP!!!!!" Scooby yelps
Shaggy was still chasing after the dognapper van on the motor scooter but went wide eyed when he heard an indian call.
"OH NO!!!!" Shaggy yelps
