Ariel has always been seen as an outcast in her family well to the ever nosy public since birth.
Ever since she was a child, She had always have to deal with rejections and the not so subtle insults and jaunts from her peers, neighbors, and family friends.
You're suddenly wondering why right?.
Well since birth, Ariel has a skin infection which makes blotched acnes appear at different spots on her face coupled with brownishred spots which gives her face a funny look.
The picture above describes her skin condition.
And despite all medications used on her face, it only gets worse than better.
It really was a problem for her seeing that her siblings, classmates and peers had beautiful faces whilst hers was not so appealing.
The peak of it was when at an extended family function, her paternal aunty had said she was adopted.
She really didn't want to attend the party and had earlier faked an headache but her mother just wasn't hearing any of it.
Just that word from her Aunty stripped her of her self confidence and all iota of dignity.
And one thing we as humans forget is that when we tell a fish it's stupid because it can't fly, it lives the rest of its life thinking it is stupid.
