they almost arrived at their destination. and rudy being nervous was an understatement. he had put some blankets and pillows in the back of his car and wanted to watch the sunset with the girl. it was the setting where she had first told him she liked him, and rudy thought it was the perfect setting to ask her to be his girlfriend.

"are we almost there?" rudy chuckled at the girls question. he could tell she was nervous but also excited. he adored the way she was shifting in her seat. he put a hand on her knee and gently rubbed it with his thumb. she relaxed under his touch.

"almost there baby." he whispered. he wasn't sure about the nickname, but he could she her cheeks tint in response.

he arrived at the spot he had in his mind. it was a small cliff that looked out over the water. it was perfect for the sunset and they were just in time.

indy gasped at the view. it was absolutely breath taking.

"ruds, oh my god." she whispered, turning around to look at the nervous boy next to her.

"you like it?"

"i love it. thank you." she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and they both got out of the car.

"i brought blankets and pillows so we can watch the sunset and not get cold." rudy chuckled.

"this is so thoughtful." she admired what the boy did for her. nobody had ever did something for her like this. and she couldn't help but stare in awe at the boy.

rudy layed down the blankets and pillows and he sat down. rudy gestured for indy to say down next to her and she did. he pulled her into his side and put an arm around her waist. she put her head on his shoulder as they watched the sunset.

"hey, indy." rudy whispered while gently stroking the revealed skin on her waist, giving her goosebumps.

"yeah?" she whispered in response while looking up at the boy next to her.

"i really like you."

"i really like you too ruds." she chuckled, bringing her hand up to stroke his cheek.

"no, i really like you like i can't stop thinking about you. you're the first thing on my mind in the morning and the last when i go to sleep. every time you're in the room i can't seem to focus. you have no idea what effect you have on me. and i want you to be mine."

indy was flustered at what rudy had just said to her. this was what she had wanted for the past months without a doubt.

"i woud love to be yours ruds." she whispered. rudy waisted no time and brought her in for a kiss. his hand went up to cup her face. her hands went to the back of his neck and played with his hair.

the sun went down as they were cuddled up and watched the waves. indy felt content and was happy that she could finally call him her boyfriend.
