Still falling for you

August 8
Today we could finally go back home but the girls needed a last health check so during this time I put our things away and I heard a knock at the door I thought it was Owen but when I opened the door I had the surprise to see...Betty!
"Betty?" I said surprised
"Hey!" she said and hugged me
"I missed you so much...but what are you doing here, are you ok?" I asked
"I'm perfectly fine but the family has grown so I had to come and see the two new additions, and by the way where are they?" she asked
"They are with Arizona, do you want to go see them?" I asked
"Of course!" she replied
"Let me finish packing and we'll go" I replied and a few minutes later we were on our way to the pediatric ward.
"Do you have a room for me? Or I can stay at the hotel" she said
"Don't talk nonsense, of course we have a room for you, you know you are always welcome, you know that right?" I asked
"Yes, I know that," she replied with a smile on her face
"Have you seen Owen?" I asked.
"Yes, he was the first one I saw and he said he'll meet us in an hour I think" she said and we arrived in front of the nursery and she could meet Ava and Olivia
1hour later
"Are you ready to go home?" Owen asked
"More than ever! I love the hospital but not to be a patient and besides I miss my other kids" I said
"so let's go home" he said and picked my lips
"Betty let's go! " he said and we turned around and she was talking to Ava and Olivia who were in their stroller and it was super cute
"Yes I'm coming but seriously you two make beautiful children they are wow stunning" she said
"Thank you honey and now let's go home" I said and we left the hospital
Some hours later
"And they lived happily ever after..." I said as I finished the bedtime story with Leo and Liam in my arms
"I missed you boys!" I said as I kissed their heads
"I missed your hugs!" Liam said
"I missed your kisses" Leo said
"You are adorable but now you have to go to sleep" I said and took them both to their rooms.
"Goodnight Liam I love you baby!" I kissed him and closed his door
"Now it's your turn" I said to Leo
"No, I don't want to" he said
"I let you past your bedtime so you could play with Betty but now it's late you have to go to sleep!
"Mmk but first I want to say goodnight to daddy, Betty and the little sisters " he said
"Ok but make it quick" I said and he went downstairs and said goodnight to everyone and then came back up
"Come on mom, I can't sleep without your hug and especially your kiss!" he said taking my hand in his
"Good night Leo, sweet dreams, I love you!" I said and gave him a kiss.
"I love you too mom" he said and I closed his door and joined the others in the living room
"How do you guys tell them apart and know who's who?" Betty asked and Owen and I laughed
"I don't know but we do! I think it's instinctive parenting or something" I said
"I'm a cheater,not all the time but sometimes I can tell them apart because Olivia has a birthmark on her right hand, it's very small but it helps me" he said
"Hey you're a cheater!" I said laughing.
"Betty, how is college going? Owen asked him.
"Good, the first two years were pretty easy, and I'm going back to school in two weeks.
"A boyfriend?" I asked, winking at her.
"Not anymore!" she replied and then the twins started to cry
"I like it better when they doesn't cry...so I'm going to go to bed, goodnight I love you" she said
"We love you too"Owen and I answered and got up from the couch to take care of the twins
"Shhh baby everything is fine...we are here » Owen said to Ava trying to calm her down, luckily Olivia was still sleeping and I was watching the scene which was adorable... then she calmed down but she was still wide awake
"You're a lucky little girl you know, you look exactly like your mommy who is stunning!" he said and I put my head on his shoulder
"You are the cutest man ever and the best dad in the world" I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek
"It's crazy, they are really mini you,but in blonde, they have your nose, your chin and they have your eyes, your beautiful blue eyes so it makes them absolutely beautiful little girls" he said
"Betty is right we really do make beautiful children, look at our 4 children they are all beautiful... and I love the fact that they are blond it makes them unique from the rest of the family" I said and we stood there for a long time admiring our 2 little miracles

It had been 3 days since we got home and so 3 days where we hadn't slept...if Ava was crying she would wake up Olivia it was a real nightmare I love my girls but I want to sleep
It was now almost 9am and Owen and I were awake and with a cup of coffee in our hands
"It's a joke... they don't sleep at night but during the day they sleep" Owen said
"They're angels from hell" I said "Monsters, but I love my children very much" I said and Owen laughed
"Mama,dada look!" Liam said as he walked into the kitchen.
"OH MY GOD!" Owen said
"LIAM WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" I yelled
"When I woke up my hair were ugly so I took the scissors and cut it!" he said and laughed
"That's not funny Liam!" I said as I got closer to see the damage
"Liam you can't do that!" Owen said 
"I like my new haircut" he said
"No, you have one side longer than the other tomorrow is the first day of school, you can't go like that! I have to take you to the hairdresser " I said
"Okkkk"he said and rolled his eyes, Owen and I were so tired that we didn't even take the time to yell at him for that
"Why are you yelling so early in the morning?" Betty asked as she walked back into the kitchen.
"Look for yourself" Owen said and pointed at Liam
"OMG Liam, I see you are the troublemaker in the house" she said and laughed
"and you look like you haven't slept all night" Amelia said
"I slept but not enough, I just slept for about 10 hours" she said and Owen and I laughed.
"We must have slept for a total of 3 hours..." Owen said.
"Daddy I want to eat please!" Liam said
"Go wake up your brother and then we can all eat together and then I'll take you to the hairdresser to fix your hair !" I said.

"You see, you look better like this, don't you?" I asked Liam as we left the hairdresser .
"Yes, I like this haircut too" he said and we went back home but it was already 4pm and we had to get ready for school the next day

"Who can take me to the airport" Betty said
"It's already 7:00 p.m.?" I asked.
"Yes" she said
"I cannot believe that you leave already, you must really return very soon but I can take you there, Owen can you stay with the children?" I asked him
"Of course, but Betty as soon as you have a vacation come home, we miss you when you are not here" he said
"Coming back here really reminded me of how much I missed you, so I'll be back very, very soon, I love you" she said and hugged us.
"We love you too and you will always be welcome here...you are part of the family" Owen and I said
